Is it possible they shampooed the dog and dried with the blow dryer? Could be that the groomer stripped the coat of its natural oils. I don't know if you have Cowboy Magic and Show Sheen on your side, but I'm sure there would be equivalent products available. Equestrians and show dog fanciers swear by these products. Let this be a lesson: no good ever comes from bathing a dog--the one exception being when the dog tangles with a skunk.
