Cant go that far back, but in the 60s, I knew all the Lurcher owners, and a few Greyhound Lads from my town, there was a Knackery that sold cooked Beef for dog food, they all bought this, and Sheep heids from the Butcher it was always mixed with brown bread, never complete, and most added SA50 supplement, the Lurcher Lads would also boil up Rabbit and Hare, the big difference to now, I never saw anybody feed raw, it was always cooked.

Use both methods myself, the basket system for ferreting, the traditional system for night work, a lot easier to get over that fence for a quick get away.

I get Beef from Grayshill, always been raw, but they only had cooked Beef, will try him on it today, looks a bit dry to me, would have preferred the raw.

I was listening to Osborne today who described the SNP as a minor party, They are the third largest party in the UK They are the no 1 party in Scotland, they are going to demolish Labour up here. I know this wont be welcomed on here, but Farage came across to me as one trick pony, everything was blamed on immigration.

i keep my dog of leash, as there have been a couple of occasions when he met up with aggressive dogs off the leash, I find if he comes across them he can easily use his speed to keep out of trouble, -

Dont like them myself, if you travel in Italy the women there are very stylish, and you hardly see one with a tattoo, not like this country. Always think it will be strange, when this tattoo generation gets old, and they are all sitting in a nursing home covered in tattoos. Another grump, hate seeing Men in there 50s 60s wearing earrings.
