    The thing about any kind of insurance claim, you may find, say five people will have no problems and one person will. as i said, i had a bit of a problem with Argos, but others have had none.

    Dumfries and Galloway is regularly pillaged by the English Stay away, theres no Game here, far better way up north, lots of white settlers there.

    I know some nice estates, near me where the keepers would welcome seeing the beam of your light. And when coming to speak, you, will be invited round to their house for a wee dram. Such is Scottish hospitality.

    He is doing okay, had him down the same place yesterday and today, he met three friendly dogs, and he was fine.

    Brings back memories, when it was a decent rag, when called The Shooting News, i liked Lloyd on Lurchers and Daergi, and the pester who wrote a book, he came not far from Edinburgh on the coast and there were good write ups involving Gary Hoskins Bedlington cross Spud. And i used to have good correspondence from Tommy Mcphee up in Caithness. Happy Days. I started to buy it again about a year ago, but stopped, i couldn't believe how much it had went downhill.

    Used to be able to get it from the local Knackery years ago, Greyhounds did well on it, But now due to all the health regulations, they don't sell any dog meat any more.

    I recently had my only claim with argos, took me 8 weeks and numerous phone calls, each person promising me it would be sorted, and nothing happened, claim went in on April they paid up last week. Have now insured with another company, wouldnt deal with Argos again.

    Theres also no Stoats on Arran Scotland, or Foxes, plenty red deer, Seals, and three pairs of Golden Eagles. I should get a job presenting Springwatch.

    Still see the odd one, but don't think they are as common as they used to be, I know Keepers don't like them, and will trap as many as they can. But ive always admired these hunters, fascinating creatures, long may the continue to hunt.
