  1. If its a glyphosate based weedkiller i.e. round-up or similar then you will be fine after it is dried. I would suggest looking at the packet to see what the main chemical is in it and doing a google search on that.
  2. You should maybe try pulling on out of a busy junction in a f**k off great big slow accelerating lorry then, its not easy when no fecker will let you out, especially when you have time scales to meet and drops to make etc. People who slag of the lorry drivers hould maybe try driving one for the day and see how they get on!
  3. Got to be honest kay, I was not expecting much...but he is class . If he takes requests(lol) then get him to do starry starry night, don mclean. I think his voice would really suit it. I think the lyrics are stunning too.
  4. Not nice to be honest but its there culture, let them get on with it.
  5. You have some seriously f****d up logic.
  6. Dont be a fanny, leave all the gossip shit for women in thier HELLO! and OK! mag's. Who really care's? Its got naff all to do with you or anyone but his family. I really dont see why people seem to be interested in footballer's private lives. Watch and judge what they do on the pitch, and as I said leave the rest for women to gossip about. To say he is worse that a pedophile, is discusting. Someone who kidnap's, rapes, even murders CHILDREN is better than a footballer who sleep's around? You are a prize C*NT.
  7. Agreed. It bores the feckin shite out of me.
  8. If people have got the money to pay way over the odds for the luxury of a few concert tickets then who cares?....I know I dont! Making money in anyway is taking someones hard earned cash, if you give someone a price for some sold out tickets and they agree to the price, then how can there be anything wrong with that? Some people have money burning holes in thier pockets and I dont see whats wrong taking advantage of that whilst they are co-operating!! supply and demand.. Very interesting reading all this, any more advice or experiances please keep them coming! HJ
  9. Cheers for the advice. I am going to get a couple of books on it and have a think. Looks like you would need a minimum 1k to put in to start? or more ? Also, I too have been curious about the question jonesy asked above so if you know that it would be appretiated! HJ
  10. Has anyone here had a goe at investing in shares? How did you get on? I am pretty clueless to be honest, but I can learn quickly if there is money in it . I met a woman last week who put 1k into it last year and shes 120k up since then. She is just an ordinary woman with no background in it etc just done lots of reasearch and went for it. I'm sure I sound pretty naive, but thats because I am! H&J
  11. Anyone here into bikes? Stick a few pics up if you have any I am 21 in september and really want to go for the direct access. Any advice on the training etc would be apretiated.. atb, HJ

    brittany's

I have nothing to do with falconry in anyway but I love all forms of working dogs and i am curious about brittany spaniels. It seems like they are only consistantly used by falconers. You dont see or hear of many on the shooting field so what is it that makes them the falconers choice over other breeds of spaniel? Hope you dont mind me intruding on this section lol. all the best, HJ

    Bootsale

Boot sales a great for tools. Proper old metal type billhooks, axe's, hoe's etc. Havent been to one in ages, need to change that.
  14. I'd rather pay nothing and have adverts on all 4. Nearly all tv seems to be dull mindless crap made for women at the moment Take me out, ant and dec, etc I fecking hate it!!!!!!!!
  15. South of england you do mate. Honestly they are pretty common, I see them most days. There was a few that you could get within 6 ft or so that used to eat from the bird feeder where I used to work. atb, HJ
  16. Nice one mate, hope she works out well for you. Have they settled down a bit and getting along now? HJ
  17. So you are not ACTUALLY going to tell us why dried food is better than meat for your ferrets? Is that because you don't have an answer? Your a joke wee man Ideation, fair play for not giving up with this twat I dont have the patience lol.
  18. Why do you feel the need to preach to everyone? As in my experience people who feel the need to tell everyone everything, generally have something to proove....
  19. Had 16 from a warren with about 30-40 holes which seems quite a lot in a smallish warren.
  20. I thought a dog, looks like a greyhoundy type thing?
  21. I agree to a point but it does largely depend on the make up of the warren. If its a large deep expansive warren then a good ferret shouldnt surface that regulally but with small hedgerows or roux's etc there is often alot more holes to rabbit ratio and the ferrets can bob up and down going in and out just looking for different paths through. atb, HJ
  22. I genuinely dont think the size of the ferret makes that much difference to the nets, its more of a nack that the ferret either has or hasnt imo. Some seem to go half way though then back and forth fecking the net up regardless of the size of the fert. I like a nice chunky strong mid sized hob that can kill a rabbit quick and not get dragged about.
  23. You wont get anywhere near the full potential out of a kit in the first year IMO. There is the odd exeption but generally its the second season that they seem to grow up and you can start working them properley. Saying that its nice to see them grow on in the long run. I have an 2 year old sandy jill, I dont want any money for her just a decent working home. Give me a PM if your interested atb, HJ.
  24. are you looking for a hob or a jill? kits or adults? all the best, HJ
  25. My link I've got the 4th one down. Get one of these, I've had them for ages and I wouldnt go back. So much easier to use, just open cap and top up with fresh water. The water comes out a lot better too so they dont end up biting at the nozzle etc. They are a bit more pricey but sooo worth it imo. HJ
