    gun safe

I';m selling a gun safe, it holds 5 guns and has a locking ammo box, this is brand new and never been mounted to a wall, if you look on deep blue shooting its the one on page 2 for £169, it has a scratch down the side and back from being loaded into my motor. i want £100 for it, obviously it will have to be pick up due to the weight of it. I'm in the north east. cheers

    one 2 one

I'd pay that all day long for problem solving, i've never had a session with a trainer but have always thought a day with someone like that would be worth reading several books.
  10. I'm no expert on it at all, but if its just the toes i'd trim them back, i've seen spaniels covered with balls of ice on their lower body, usually it seems to be with more feather, i'm not suggesting a full clip, but maybe taking the feather off your dogs feet may help.
  11. what camera and lense you using??
  12. i'm getting a roof mounted lamp put on my car at the end of the month, anyone know whether its better to have it set back a bit or more forward, i vaguely remember someone saying they got alot of glare or light interference on the windscreen due to it being in the wrong position, i think it was with it being set too far forward??
  13. Wasn't hilda laity placed second?? on the card i've got p dysons dog was helmsway hazel of whitehope and hilda was second with springgans fortune, unless i've got it wrong.
  14. I've got a bitch pup on at the minute, she's not gonna be starting any formal training till at least January and then that depends on how she is then, i'll check on the card i've got who won it and let you know tomorrow mate. Clare the trial was held down near thirsk, it was the first one they'd had on the ground there.
  15. It was with the 3Ts spaniel club.
  16. Well Saturday gone a went along to watch a Spaniel field trial for the first time, the people organising it were the perfect hosts, even getting me involved stewarding for the day, so i got to see all the action close up. Obviously all the dogs running had won novice trials and there were a few FTCH in the midst, so very interesting to see these dogs working and to see the level and standard the dogs need to be at. Also got to meet and have a chat with david lisset and see him working his dog up close, an amazing day and something i look forward to competeing in in the future hopefully.
  17. Just out of interest, what/how much training have you done with them at 6 months??? i'm not starting any training with my springer pup till she's at least 6/7 months, then i reckon she's gonna be between 18 months and 2 yrs before doing any proper graft and that depends how her training goes, never had a cocker so dont know if they need things done differently?
  18. I'm interested in doing a days stalking, whats the best way to go about it, what should i expect and how much should i be looking to pay??
  19. yes they are, but they dont have the muck boot sole,, they are quite thin, and slip along the sides and on top... still last you a good season tho.. what about the grub stalker ? Dont know them mate,? Are they guduns? Dont know mate, just read a lot of good reviews about them, look a bit like muck boots....thier odd quid. I'm getting a pair of these soon as they are meant to be better than the muck boot, one of the big things is they have the vibram sole as used on walking boots like the mouflon plus and miendl stuff.
  20. I'm not sure i'd have the time or knowledge to do it that way, how do you work it and whats the cost/time implications?? where abouts in Northumberland are you from?? i'm up this neck of the woods too. PM if you'd prefer. cheers
  21. Does anyone pay a small yearly fee to secure rough shooting on land so you can put a few game birds down?? the reason i ask is the springer pup i've got on at the minute, i want to get her trained to a standard where i can compete with her, i have access to some shooting ground via friends, but obviously when the training progresses to the stage when you need to be getting her out alot and shooting some game over her, i think it'd be beneficial to have access to ground of my own, where i can control the whole day and the pace of it without stopping anyone elses enjoyment shooting. so i'd be in
