    Small Fortune

Very fast but injury prone(wristy) like quite a few from Slaneyside Hare line & passed it on to its progeny they also tended to be on the small size. Must be a ripe old age now if its still alive.
  2. Just one other thing... Do it before you hit 40, otherwise its a lot harder to get in... Too late
  3. Are you meeting up with that cravat wearing old bloke the cross dressing one? He's your mate isn't he? He told me that you were very close Who is the cravat wearing cross dressing one Cupid ? You won't miss him an old bloke & he'll be the one trying to chat Stabs up in the lurcher ring if past events are anything to go by

  5. If thats all the dog would eat then he should have been supplementing the diet with an Iron tonic.
  6. I used to subscribe to Bloodlines but it was a little too heavy on advertisements for my liking. Enjoyed reading the hunting tales though
  7. You only have to look at the ammount of video/dvd thats been produced overthere for years to see how big it is. A favourite of mine is called Bad 2 The Bone in which they take virtually every species posible from Carp to Bear. Ted Nugent also does some pretty good dvds's as well.
  8. There are varying degree's of severity with regard to a dislocating knee so it may just have got worse. Chimp, i wouldn't call £300 or £400 that expensive if you have running dogs.
  9. So thats why you walk the way you do then Smudge

  12. Just got my copy & it has this pic as half the front page. The article explains how 23 were shot on one golf course in a few hours & how overun the capital is. Includes the usual shit from the rspca saying they don't need to be shot. A second article explains how many local authorities will not provide help with fox control & in the case of Kensington & Chelsea will only refer you to Bryant's 'Fox Helpline' which specialises in 'humane deterrence' It concludes by saying "opposition to a cull, however well-intentioned, is grossly irresponsible"

  15. I don't know where you got that info from but the track i used to run greyhounds at had a 55metre run from trap to line first time & the record was 3.60 Graded sprinters would average between 3.75 - 3.90 top to bottom grade respectively.

  17. They are kidding themselves or believe in the sales hype then when it comes to products like that.
  18. Just looks like another company brand of vitamins & minerals etc. Depends what quality they are using to differentiate them from any of the others around.

  22. There was a report about it on Look North tonight. How it's 'not meat for the table but just the thrill of the kill' & how 'they probably suffer a painful death'.
  23. Had a quick walk around a local smallholding last night with a mate. First fox we encountered made good use of the undulation in the field to avoid being shot. However the second came running in to the call & had to be stopped with a shout. We had just packed up when my mate spotted this curled up on the bales right at the top of the barn. Pics are a crap but camera was at full zoom.
