    I would be fairly sure he's quoting a price from a betting exchange which factors in the stake as well. The odds are in reality 4.6/1 so with the stake returned it does equal £560. The price has since drifted to 6.2

    No truth in that whatsoever. Quite a high percentage of folk that take on retired racers are surprised at the ammount of food they can put away & you get the odd person that thinks they should be fed low rations as they "should look skinny" Given the chance of a life after racing & barring accidents they live to a good age, most of mine have gone between the ages of twelve to fifteen.

    They are good dogs that will go on & win a stack of races but as yet haven't got the quality CV like Louis has. A clock at 640,835 & 872 & competitions the Peterborough Cesarawitch Winner 2006, Hove Regency Winner 2007, TV Trophy Winner 2007. Not bad for a dog that can go stale fairly quickly. I'm on the four dog e/w@28/1 for some nice money which is now a free bet as i on it last night in the semi 10/1 - 6/1. It's a hard race but i think its got a good draw, if there is an outside bias again or the track is running fast i reckon he's got a good shout.

    Well tell us then, don't keep it a secret Louis certainly has his flaws but over the last eighteen months has won & set enough track records to get my vote. I won't be cheering him on next week in the Leger final though.

    A dog only needs to get used to the machine & obey a simple command, its really not that hard achieve. It could be i've only seen dumb dogs running on one though

    That depends on how fussy your dogs are, it shouldn't take that long to get any half sensible dog used to it. There will always be the stubborn one though i suppose.

    The folks running their dogs were fine bar the odd one. The wankers were a few of the committee or had influence on it, ones that didn't like getting beat & threw tantrums.

    I thought the last one was the normal PPV until i checked when the programme was about to start I didn't bother trying to sign up to the monthly contract with Setanta then as i doubt i would have been connected in time. Cage Rage is live on SS3 tonight with Julius Francis making his debut.
