I'm looking to get a brace of Beagles (wife's choice) - mainly as family pets, but they'll have to earn their keep too! I do a fair bit of shooting and was wondering how to get the best from the dogs. What are their limitations? Will they flush and pick up? Are they a pain in the arse? Are they the right dogs? I have for sale a MK1 (I think) Webley Eclipse .22 underlever air rifle. It's in excellent nick - the stock has been refinished and is pretty much spotless. The gun is powerful (11.8 ftlbs), nice to shoot and is more accurate than me! The only fault is the rear sight is missing (dropped out of bag in a field). This can be replaced for £30 from Chambers - however, there's no real need as the scope's included (4x32 and pretty much new). Also included is a little Webley silencer. Asking price £180.00 ish.
