yeah she is from a working family and im hoping to get her trained working along side the ferrets, shes only 11 months old but she is already keen, took her for a walk on a local field the other day, and she was sniffing around at the bush's, so i decided to investigate further to which point, looked like i had a pup with no head lol . When i got close to her, she had her head down a rabbit burrow and was pulling her self a way, to my amazement, she had dragged out a rabbit by its tail ha ha -

i dont want to sound like a complete idiot, but im completely new to working with terriers. i bought ' poppy ' ( pic below ) a few days ago due to an instant bond with this lovely bitch and was just wondering if there are any well experienced hunters who use terriers, out there who wouldn't mind giving me some information on how to train her ' properly '

yeah ive already got a filling bottle and pump from my other 2 rifles i used to have which were a logun s-16 mk2 and an air arms s410 carbine. too be truthful with you mate, i really wish i did not get rid of those 2 rifles but money problems forced me to give them up, but now im back on my feet they are like rocking horse s**t to get hold of now for a cheap(ish) price haha

How come they are not the best dogs to start with? -
are right well ive used them all but i do prefare the pcp. the only reason i do is because with snap barrles you really only have one shot to kill otherwise your knackered unlike the pcp, and as far as co2 goes i dont really rate them due to the fact that you only get about 20 to 30 decent shots out of them then the pettles start dropping, dont get me wrong ive managed to kill a few rabbits with co2 rifles but i do think they are a pain in the backside haha

im looking for a cheap(ish) air rifle in the north east england area (eg: hartlepool, middlesbourgh, seaham, gateshead ect) snap-barrle, co2 or air im not really fustted. .22 (5.5mm) or .177 (4.5mm) i know there is a 1mm diffrance to the .22 and .177 but i would like to know is there a signifacent diffrance between them both, ive heard of people saying that with a .22 you have got more stopping power and a .177 you have better bullet projectory in the air but ive also heard downsides to the .177 that for a kill you must be dead on aim to the targets head... is this true or is this
