  1. I can comment on both 22.250 and 220 swift as I have both these rifles and home load for both. I started with the 22.250 shooting fox and roe the rifle is a Parker hale fitted with T 8 moderator with a swarozski 8 x 56. I have used 40- 55 grain nosler balistic tips with hodgens 4895. I have found that the accuracy is great, zeros an inch high at 150 aim straight out to 250yards and that's where bullet goes. The 220 swift uses 40 grain nosler ballistic tips again with hodgens 4895. Fitted with T8 and same swarozski scope. My preference as a fox rifle is the220 as u find it deadly f

Ive got the new locators and am quite impressed, the collar casing is solid it comes with a 1 year warranty all components can be replaced so no need to buy new collarif something does go wrong, Its great for finding the terrier in gorse or thick cover but to be honest for digging i prefer the old deben system. I am have only had one dig with the bellman system and found it difficult to pin point the dog, the high pitch beeping also drives me mad.   6. Hi all. Been into hunting all my life goes back in genes to great great grand parents, always been into field sports, I shoot game and wildfowl with 12 and 20bore, stalk deer with 270 and 22.250. Hunt fox with my 4 terriers and 3 bull xs .
