Its about the body and the lens, whilst a nice bit of glass will be priceless, a good body will be equally as invaluable. Id go for a starter DSLR as mentioned.

Such a shame people think less of finding who did that to the dog, than "helping" the RSPCA (which they wouldnt be anyway) The BEST thing that can happen to that chap would be for him to be named, then, he will get what he is due. Unfortunately (for some) its the RSPCA that have bought it to light, not any one person, if you are GENUINE dog people you wouldnt give a monkeys about the RSPCA, I dont!

As much as I agree entirely with all of your feelings on the RSPCA, its about the dog. Sod the RSPCA, the dog is obviously owned by some scumbag who takes p0leasure from hurting it like that, if the RSPCA are the ones that bring it to light, so be it. They dont have to "finish" it, do they?

I like your "eye" for a shot Kay, and I do like the stag shot too, not so keen on the editing tho, but photography is very personal, and if it pleases those that took it, then its right, so very well done. Hope you dont mind, I have boosted the contrast a little and sharpened it, you can see much more detail, and should you be printing it, you would need to do this also to get the best out of a print.

Id swap mocking for question I agree, and at the same time I disagree. I guess you are a believer? I have no firm beliefs actually. I dont go to church either. However, I do know that if somebody is comforted by their beliefs, Id find it incredibly cruel to belittle those beliefs and call them names like "brainwashed" etc.. People believe in ghosts, are they any less real? Are "big cats" that nobody has EVER proved living here, any more "believable?

As others have said, its illegal. Accidents you cannot avoid, Squirrels are not quick across the ground, we have had several accidents here.

Personally, I dont think mocking peoples beliefs are fair. Whether you believe in god or not, if it gives comfort to those that do believe, gives them faith, then thats fine.

They are great dogs! Great attitude, fit in really well with Terriers and bigger dogs.
