  1. She had picked up one earlier that morning so had to drag her away.
  2. I guess 80m ish for the first and 60-70 the 2nd I could not get closer due to barbed wire fence and having the dogs with me.
  3. Thanks indeed It was looking at your photos and others on this site that gave me the bug, I use my camera more than guns now infact sold two rifles to buy my new lens and the last one might go soon for a 7D.
  4. . Buck. Nearly what I was thinking when I saw your reply.
  5. How to I get over there by PINNACLE PHOTO LOG, on Flickr I know the pink collar is naf but the wife insisted and it won't wear out.
  6. Thanks Yep you and Kay are right and I had my 5 and 6 year old boys and two lurchers in tow. I have given the boys my old Kodak compact and they are interested in creeping up on deer, bunnies and now heron the dogs are pests though hence the take off.
  7. I try to take my camera everywhere now as you just never know whats round the next corner. My first in flight shots that are close to being in focus.
  8. I had a nightmare with my Saluki x bitch from pup to 10 months, we tried all the back to basics, treats, walking away, hiding you name it we tried it. She had perfect whistle recall until she saw another dog then she would just bugger off and go and play, then she would see another and go off again. Stressed us out no end to the point of almost giving her away. At 10 months we went to another trainer who lent us an air collar it has a remote and blows a puff of air under the dogs chin when triggered. Within a week she came back to every whistle regardless of what she was doing and would not ju
  9. What a beauty you are so lucky. Great photos as well, worth printing and putting on the wall.
  10. Got up late well 7.30am and took the dogs and camera out 1 2 3
  11. Kay they are all great but these two are sooooooo nice. Very good
  12. Thanks rob Foxes, stoats, buzzards, badgers, mixi, VHD, cars, cats. . . . . . o yer and dogs, guns, ferrets. You can't stop the dogs picking of the scuttlers tho can you, it's not exactly lamping. Does feel like a waste tho. I agree it does feel like a waste as we leave most of them due to being on land where I would not want to get caught with them. But I really don't remember there being nearly so many last year. December and Jan were OK round here every time I went out which I admit was not as ofter as I would have liked.
  13. Just doing our bit but nearly every day she is picking up one or two of these baby rabbits, no matter where or what time we go out. Is it just me being in the wrong/right place, or is there going to be a bunny explosion this year.
  14. Not been on here for a while but pleased to see you are still posting and experementing and good shots. 1 & 2 have an orb in them in a similar place even though taken at different angles, very spooky.
  15. I use Faststone Photo Resizer then upload to a photo sharing site and post the URL. Do a seach for Faststone it is free, very useful and easy to use. You could also just use Photobucket, Flickr or one of the many other photo sharing sites to resize as they usually have some editing/resizing applications in them but you will find this much slower.
  16. I walked out of my last job 2 years ago when I was told my salary was to drop, my already stupid hours would go up and that the CEO had spent the £10 he owed me for making him £100K. I went to a solicitor and we got a good settlement in just a couple of weeks and I then set up on my own. It’s been tough but the thought of working for someone else again and taking all the sh1te does not interest me in the slightest, I have even turned jobs down that would pay more than I have made in the last two years. I remember setting up the business bank account and the business advisor asked me wa
  17. DAVE only because I have a Daisy and call her Davy if I need to act butch
  18. You c0ck If you could have been bothered to look at the whitehall site you would have seen they have plenty of dogs that will be pts and mostly Staffies. This dog however, was dumped on the doorstep dead or nearly dead so the owner is to blame for its death by starving (neglect) and it is them that need sorting. THAT IS THE POINT YOU STUPID ???? Also the reward is from donations from the public not the "heroic charity" or Crimewatch. "These heroic dog rescuers make me laugh you " & "stop this bleeding heart nonsense" You make me laugh And andyfr1968 leave the dirty lez
  19. I have my Discovery up for sale and yesterday I got an email from this Grant guy saying he was interested and what was my bottom line price. I emailed back and said I will not discuss price unless he actually looks at the car. This is what I get back. LOL Hello, I am in receipt of your email and i apologize for the delayed response.Note that the vehicle is not my primary objective for contacting you.I only used the car site to gain contact information of someone real and accountable as regards a business proposal but on the other hand,i still need the LAND ROVER to run my business whi
  20. I had months of this and tried everthing to stop mine doing the same. These are some of the things you can try. First bit of advice is get a dog whistle then try to walk your dog where or when their are no or few other dogs around for a time. Start recall training from scratch first in the house or garden, call your dog with lots of enthusiasm and give two short pips of the whistle when it comes praise and give treats. Keep it up as often as you can you need to be aiming for 10 or more times a day but keep if fun for the dog. Try hiding and calling and plenty of praise don't get cross if
  21. PINNACLE

    skype

My brother is in Aus which is why I got it but I have used it for 2 1/2 years as my work number cost next to nothing a month even redirecting to my mobile. There seems to be a lot of companies using it now as well. If you have an Iphone you can get it on that as well.
