In absolutely no way do I know anything about football firms and the hooligan scene but I’ve been going to Celtic games for over 25 years and it’s not really an old firm thing . I was reliably informed that the Celtic firm as it was were told to “pack it In” during the late nineties . the term “shirters” I believe is part of the fan culture as fans who wear shirts etc to games , like scarvers , regarded as “civilians “ as such.
