Out of curiousity. Can someone tell me how much is weight of 1000 12g shotgun cartridges? Might buy tomorrow in person kent velocity at £125. Mr Google failed on answer. Today I got my Nickerson Electronic Ear Muffs from molevalleyfarmers dot com £51 incl p&p. Found them to be the cheapest around. HBS electronics sell similar(?) (from some other forum!) at £79 their contact 01903 741335. Pace-systems dot co dot uk though they dont quote price on their website, lost their contact number from my voicemail.

Rifle Range Practice Shooting FAC Aberdeen

Many thanks sporting shooter for the time you spent. After reading you reply to requirement of SGC on club, recalled what you said. Yes the club I go to do loan guns and ammunition on their grounds, so even if I didnt have SGC it would have been fine. Interesting to know about the rifle club exemptions and probation. I wouldnt mind serving few months on probation with a club, as long as I have access to equipment/ammunition/range under supervision at fair pricing. As you now know I am complete newbie and just thinking of hunting at some later date. Will take some time to achieve satis -

Rifle Range Practice Shooting FAC Aberdeen
sidrana7 posted a topic in Rimfire, Centrefire & Shotguns
Dear members, I have a SGC and have been actively shooting clays in Kingscliff Sports Lodge for last 6 months. Now that rifle shooting is also in my to-do-list, time to ask some questions. Hope you can find time to answer as fit! 1 Does anyone here practice target shooting with .22lr and .243? More interestingly if in or around Aberdeen? Would appreciate if you can guide further. 2 AFAIK I can do target practice with rifle in proper range only, unless otherwise if I have permission on land which is cleared for that calibre (and offcourse safe in first place). Where to keep your certificate
sidrana7 replied to lorelei0922's topic in Rimfire, Centrefire & Shotguns
On the contrary if the photocopying of the original shows *FRAUD* then thats not legal way either, in strict sense? Or is it? I interpret this as, the new certificates are meant to be carried in original only, for sure when the concerned officer sees the photocopied certificate with 'fraud' printed on it, how would he/she would react? anyways for me I dont need to carry for the time being, no gun and just shooting clays at the club. If the drivers license can be bar coded then firearms licenses can be more convenient in smart card style! And drivers license is more cheaper than the firearm -

4 Gun gun cabinet for 2 shotguns

Thanks Geoff.C for the prompt reply. I too believe this arrangement should be legally OK for the time being. Once again I repeat that this post has been raised only for the shotgun and cartridges for it. To concur on what you said about much better, if you have kids in home where you store shotgun cartridges it is recommended to keep it under lock and key (not only out of sight!). But for cartridges it does not warrant for the 'gun safe' as such. Any safe which has no access to anyone other than the certificate holder should be perfectly fine. Now please correct me if wrong. Thanks for
