Max, while I agree with your basic tenets, how would DNA testing work ? I've got English, Irish and Norman, (French), blood, and god knows what else, in me, so where would you send me back to ? I agree that immigrants who break the law should be sent back to where they came from, but the DNA thing worries me a bit.

Bill Oddie was good back in the days when he was a Goodie, just as May was a legend when he was with Queen. Like many average intelligence people, ( ok, I know May has a degree), they couldn't handle the fame and money, and maybe the drugs and drink have affected them. Oddie certainly has documented mental problems. Their lifestyles now need a focus, and unfortunately it has manifested itself in "animal rights". Simply boycott anything to do with them.

"Old Jims dog x Travellers bitch" ; sounds good mate, buy two, I'll take one off you ! f**k me, we didn't even have adverts like that in the Exchange & Mart ! -
I haven't given you any abuse, I simply feel you are not what you allude to. Ayatollahs, high ranking military, and your secururity services clearance all point to bullshit ! I think you are on a wind up. If you lifestyle in Iran and Pakistan are so much better than here, it begs the question, why are you here ?

DB, if you are an immigrant, (which I doubt), I would assume you came to the UK to better your and your families lives; possibly for economic, religious or educational benefit. You may have left your homeland to avoid persecution for political reasons, whatever. BUT you chose to come to the UK and educate yourself and your daughter, and well done to you for that. BUT to then denigrate the land, out of all the places you COULD have chosen, leaves a bad taste in the mouth. The problem seems to be immigrants refusal to assimilate into the British way of life. Tower Hamlets and areas of Yorkshire s

Dawkins is the type of "academic" who craves attention and thrives on the notoreity his media pronouncements gives him, when actually he adds nothing worthwhile to academia.

In what way ? I will reverse your question do you think European and British women have equality with males in your society? and I mean in reality not on paper. Where do I start ? British women are allowed to vote, drive, travel without the permission of a male relative,go out in public dressed as THEY want, not as their husband/father/brother wants. They are equals in government, the legislure and the judiciary. They are equal in the eyes of the law as far as inheritance, divorce, etc is concerned. They have the same rights to a fair share in a will as their brothers, one woman witn

Max, do you mean"EMPATHY", or are you really apathetic to the plight of the WB and Gaza ? Sorry to be pedantic, but apathy and empathy are complete opposites.

Getting the topic back on line........ the guy was a JOURNALIST; it's normally an unwritten rule in any conflict that journalists are neutrals, and classed as non-combatants. These ISIS people see no distinction between combatants and non-combatants. Just look at the Yazidis'; men women and children targeted for extermination simply because they are not muslims. Beheadings, rapes, genocide.... these people respect no rules of war or conventions. To say the journalist should not be there; well who would report these attrocities, how would we know what these animals are capable of ? Of course th

The Quran and the Hadiths are the law of the land in countries that practice Sharia law.

Reading this has been, well, interesting to say the least. It's not often a thread contains as many historical, geographical and religious inaccuracies , but as we used to say; " never let the truth get in the way of a good dit" ! LOL ! DB, I respect your dogged defence of your religion, but I would be more worried at attracting the attention of the security services than arguing with people on a hunting site, some of the things you have posted , it's not a good time to be pro Islam, anti western.

Robin, what distance do you mean by "sprint" ? Whippet distance, 150 yards or Greyhound distance, 270 metres ? Loves Lockdown and Deneside Belle, both non ped whippet x greyhound, have held greyhound track records over the sprint distance at greyhound tracks, and there are non ped "whippets" that will beat greyhounds over the whippet distance of 150yards. Granted, USUALLY, greyhounds will beat non peds, but, Socks, to say "not a chance"' and "greyhounds will ALLWAYS be faster is not true. There are ALLWAYS exceptions

How can you find the quickest over a three minute course ........................... surely they will all do it in, errrr, three minutes ?

To be a religion simply needs a believe , not a "supreme being" to worship. What about Anamism ? Animists think almost everything has a soul, but don't think anyone or anything is higher, spiritually, than anything else, yet they are a recognised religion, possibly the oldest religion. Could you please tell me which "strain or tenet" of Buddhism doesn't think it is a religion ? All Buddhists, as far as I know, consider themselves religious.

you think they are only killing non muslims you know sweet F/A and many thousands of these toss pot ISIS have been born and educated in western societies so what does that signify much the same as Al Queada and Taliban were started and funded with USD all the shit happening in the middle east is as a direct result of western interference Egypt, Lybia, Afghanistan Khurdistan, Syria Iraq, most of the so called Dictators were originally put in Place by "Western Democracies" and most of the atrocities were learnt from who ? or is it a joint conspiracy between Israel and the USA to take over

I'm not sufficiently qualified to enter into a theological debate; but every Buddhist I know, (and I know a few), consider it a religion, so that's good enough for me. Just as an aside, how doe's the UK government consider Jedi-ism a religion ? PS; Sikhism, Jainism and possibly Zoarorastrianism, have the same basic tenets regarding a "supreme being" as Buddhism, and they also consider themselves a religion.

Yes it is. It may be a non theistic religion, but a religion it certainly is. It has temples, monks, prayers and all the other accoutrements of religion.

I think "beginners" should get the very best lamping kit they can afford. Two reasons for this; if their kit isn't good enough, they will loose heart and interest when they aren't catching anything, secondly, if they get the bug, the cheap kit will be ditched and they'll go for better gear, and it will end up more expensive than buying the right kit in the first place !

Boven Goldline Hybrids. Cheap, (forgive the pun), and great layers. Start of with four, and when they are on the lay, you'll have twenty eight eggs a week, more than enough for two of you.
