Max, I love the banter and craic as much as anyone, but your obsession with Newcastle is a little worrying. I couldn't care less how many are inside or outside of St James; it's only you who obsess over it. Now, I'm certainly no psychiatrist , but it definately comes across as an inferiority complex ! Why worry that Newcastle are a more successful team, with a bigger stadium and more support ? It doesn't worry me that there are teams in the premier that are better or worse, it's only a game of football . Yes, you're right, I can't be classed as a "supporter". I go to games when invited, no matter what team, but it's usualy Newcastle. I enjoy the days out, but don't let them rule my life. I would seriously consider professional help if I had an inferiority complex about a neighbouring town or their team. Your obsession with Newcastle is a bit scary, maybe you should talk to someone other than us on the Internet about it ?

Max seems to think Newcastle didn't have supporters before 92/Keegan. He's only been supporting Sunderland for the last two seasons thats why he gets an easy ride on here. You can tell by his bluster and factually wrong assertions that he is new to supporting.

I had a Taylor/Van Gerwen final from before it all started only got 9/4 i think it was.......think Taylor showed a bit of arrogance the other day the way he changed darts in the middle of a tournament maybe that will come back to bite him....... that Gary Anderson is looking good as well.[/ 9/4 for them to make the final was good odds, Gnash, considering they were both odds on to win it. Your never going to get decent odds with those two in a tournament, that's why I went for Bunting to upset one of them. Taylor was 7/4 to win it......Van Gerwen 2/1 so yes cant moan really........Bunti

I got 8-1 for Bunting to get to the final, not to win, just to get there. I know Taylor and MvG are the favourites, and rightly so, but Bunting has been playing well and might just be a nice little earner for me !

I very, very rarely mention Sundeland or their supporters, and NEVER slag them; I've to many Mackem freinds and had to many good days at the SoL to be so childish as to do that.

Just type in "gold prices" into Google, there are plenty sites that give up to the minute prices. Gold is about 20-25% down on its last high, so it's worth holding on to, as it will certainly rise again.

Hatred, jealousy and bitterness will eat away at you Max ! Forget about a football team that has no bearing on your life, (I mean Newcastle, but you could include Sunderland). There are far more things in life to worry about than the football team in a neighbouring town.

Max, you must be the strangest supporter in the world, happy with a defeat and consider a draw getting "battered" ! I think Carver being "happy" with a draw, is a bit different to considering it a battering. Max, does your hatred/jealousy of Newcastle over rule all common sense ? The team you live your life around has just been beaten, again, yet all you can talk about is Newcasle, who have just played out an exciting and entertaining draw ! Very strange .....

Sam Alladyce and Andy Carroll have been conned out of thousands of pounds by giving money to a spiv at West Hams training ground who said he could get them Fortnum & Mason hampers and Harrods champagne cheap. Serves the greedy b*****ds right, Carrols a millionaire on £85000 a week, and takes a chance to save a few bob. Well, no one ever thought footballers were the sharpest knives in the drawer !

Max, as I said previously, Newcastle were the 13th richest club in Europe when Ashley bought them, how is that "going to the wall" ? By the way, where were Sunderland in the rich list then ? Oh yeah, they didn't make the list. You should realy check your facts.

Matt, debate is good, I'm not really a Newcastle supporter, but live in the area and go to a few games, and love a debate ! I know I shouldnt, but when young Max posts an obviously wrong statement, I can't help but try to educate him ! LOL !
