    OK now im confused as my 15ft collar has 3 tiny batterys al on top of each other and my 8ft one has a slightly larger button battery in it but only 1. anybody else any idea. Cheers

    Ok as title says lads can anybody tell me what model batterys the 8 foot and 15 foot collars take please looking to order some but the ones in my collars dont have and model on them. Any help appriciated. Cheers Rob

    Not had a chance to try it yet but will do as soon as i can get out. What batterys does the 15 collor take as the box dont seem to be able to pick up the box so i think batterys are dead. Cheers Rob

    BUMP for a good bloke I brought 2 of these books they arrived with me the day after the postal order arrived with Tom. The books look as if they have hardly been opened look as good as new. Cheers Tom Rob

    Funny you mention tree rats. I read a thread on the IFF i think. about a lad here that finds thier dreys and puts a ferret in blocks all holes and leaves the ferret to kill the tree rat. Apparently the tree rat dont fight back and just tries to get away giving the ferret the chance to kill. Then he would unblock the hole and ferret would come out. Not sure i would try it with my ferrets but he apparently does. Rob If anybody is interested just let me know ill try find a link for you.

    Thanks lads i know it aint anybody i know as i dont know anybody around here. Defo no hunters. But i would like to say a BIG THANK YOU TO Micky as i have never met the bloke but he came met me and lent me around 40 nets. Its nice to know there are still some good lads out there that are willing to trust people. As i have said Micky any time you fancy a weekend out hunting just give me a shout and your welcome.     OK what happened is they crowbared all the barn doors open from the back they had a good look around as things were moved tool chests opened. My missis came back about 12pm and scared them off they were in a white van as soon as the missis came round the corner they did 1. She didnt get a reg or anything. All i can think is that they saw nets etc first as they broke in through the door next to where i kept them chucked them in van then started to have a look around got startled and got off. They lucky the 3 great danes didnt manage to get out or there would have just been a bloody mess

    Yeah they are mate cheers over 100 nets a long net and locater with 2 collors gone. They lucky i was asleep it was in the day time and they broke into the barns after i had worked nights.

    Hello to cut a long story short my nets etc were stolen in a break in the other day im meant to be out with a falconer friend of mine in the morning but obviously want to ferret with the nets after he finished as he only down for the morning on my permission. Have ordered some nets tuesday but not arrived yet. So anybody near me fancy it or have some nets they wanna sell.     Hi my mate was flying his falcon and the wind has taken it off and he was being mobbed by seagulls tracked it around for about half an hour then lost signal. Still wearing jesses and transmitter as far as we know. Can everybody around Leicester please keep an eye out and contact me on here asap if seen please. Bird does have a ring on and will have ring number shortly. I will be logged on here all day and keep checking. Unfortunatly im at work so cant get out and look Ok ring number is 29434W Many Thanks

    To right mate its all sections on here mate but i have noticed that quite a lot of it is the same people in different sections mate seems to be the thing to do for some people. Yes it does seem to bee the good 1s that are jumping first and thats a shame as a sport we should all be sticking together and fighting the various bans among other things but some people just seem intenet on ruining it for everybody. Lets just hope the good ones stay and push out the rubbish. We can hope
