what i do is skin the head then place the skined head in a old pot or saucpan boil it for half hour or so get the power washer on it this take most of the meat of the skull then i use a knife to get the stubborn bits of once it clean use proxiced to bleach the skull which is left on for half hour then washed of and left to dry you can cut the skull if you want to i would do this be for you boil it as it get s a bit brittle once boiled hope this helps
