Happy Easter all you pagan folks, hope you enjoy the coming festivities with rejoicing, celebration, exchanging of gifts etc. For all us monkey men I know a fig tree that's fruiting if you want to come join in the gluten, they taste better than chocolate anyway.

Just wait until the big punchline comes along QB, now that'll be funny.

That is without doubt the second best thing anyone has ever said on these discussions. The whole of the above is the absolute best. QB, if our brains are just a sludge of chemicals that can't be trusted, how can you trust your's in believing there is a God? Are we the only creatures on this Earth with free will? How can you have a God if there is free will? On your bit where I am mentioned specifically. I am not killing in the name of anything or anyone or are you still working along the lines of me being confused and not knowing who I am or what my thoughts are? Your God le

I had to have a chuckle to myself when Free Will is being discussed in relation to God as opposed to people being robots, do you mean like, following the word of a book?

It's a very grey area Paulus as politics has been dragged so far over the line into conflict and war that is no longer a case of defending it's a case of not agreeing and trying to kick start a failing economy - all politically driven.

Work out your maintenance calories and macros, then drop the amount by 150cals per day. It'll drop off in time and you won't feel like you're starving yourself. Have a bit of a feast? Just walk a bit further at a faster pace or up a decent hill.

Lead. Either a dose of .22 or .177 A good leading brand is Felis Catus and their best product is usually the stuff that is manufactured on farms. You will know the one I am on about as it's a bit averse to human contact. Put just one amount of this down and the rats will soon start dropping in numbers.

There was a young lady from Eeling Who had a peculiar feeling So she laid on her back Opened her crack And peed all over the ceiling There was a young girl called Denise Whose pubes grew down to her knees So the crabs got together To knit her a sweater So in winter her twat wouldn't freeze. There was a young man from Brighton Who said to his girl "Your'e a tight 'un!" She said "Pardon my soul But you're in the wrong hole There's plenty of room in the right one!" There was a young maid from Madras Who possessed an incredible ass Not rounded or pink As you probably th

Bulking is ace as you can eat pretty much what you want when you want and not give two hoots really as long as you're going hard in the gym. Cutting though is a very delicate balance as you will lose both fat and muscle, as some have found out. The target I went for was 1lb of weight per week loss to get a good balance between losing fat but also maintaining as much muscle as possible. I saw the shape i was under the cloak of squidge and bulked back up a bit going heavy on the areas I wanted to improve and now I'm just starting my next cut.

This is well worth a watch if you're interested in the effect of foo don the human body. Not too boring but not exactly mickey taking either.

Elite athletes will look at consuming anywhere around 0.8g/lb of body weight per day. Your average regular exercise person will aim for around 0.5g/lb body weight per day. Normal everyday people who don't really exercise will be getting about 0.3g/lb body weight per day. For losing weight you want to look at getting your calories form protein at 0.4-0.6g/lb per body weight per day.

I'll try and find the lecture for you but it is delivered by a leading scientist in nutrition and he goes on about the effect of wheat on the brain and it is very similar to opiates. Various tests on schizophrenics were run int he 70's on UK patients where they dropped wheat from the diet of the patients then the behavioral episodes diminished. Then two weeks later they brought wheat back into the diet and the behavioral episodes returned almost immediately I think. (video 18:20). It's worth watching just for that let alone all of the other information it gives you.

Laid at the top of a hill facing the woodland with the moors behind me waiting for long ears to come out and play when i heard some hooves behind me. I laid motionless thinking one of the horses had gotten out. Suddenly there was some sniffing behind me and a nudge on my leg. Not wanting to get my leg broke or worse by the horse I slowly spun around and flicked the gun lamp on. There looking at me was a roe deer. I must've been looking at it as if to say "WTF are you doing?" as it was looking at me as to say "Me? WTF are you doing more like?" It took one bound over my legs and bounced it's way

I agree, look at the size of the feet and the forearm, legs need shaving too.

I think the general perception of carbs is bread, crisps, pastry and other wheat based products and cereals. Fruit and veg contain carbs. Simple carbs in fruit. Complex carbs in bread, spuds and cereals. Fibrous carbs in root vegetables.

I'll have to have a further read up on insulin as it goes against everything I've been told for day dot. As for processed food not containing the nutrients you need is simply that the processing removes nutrients either partially or completely. Even boiling a potato removes most of the vitamins.

Yes abs are made in the kitchen but the one reason why diets fail and people yo-yo or will say I've tried all of the diet X,Y and Z etc and I've just piled the weight back on" is so simple when you look at the details and it comes down to one thing: THEY ARE NOT SUSTAINABLE The reasons why they are unsustainable are many but here are a few: Calorie deficit so large it is a task not a mild challenge for the dieter. The food guidance is based around meal replacement shakes. Yes they contain the vitamins and nutrients the body needs but they are not absorbed and utilised the same way
