Respect For The Quary You Hunt
snatchbullet replied to oldred58's topic in Earthdogs & Working Terriers
Sorry if I am getting pissed off! All I am saying is I just don't agree with digging to foxes and realising them.if they are causing no problem leave them be. In my eyes respecting your quarry when numbers are low means leaving them in peace. No offence meant to any one but surely you understand my point -

So respect your quarry and leave it alone you mugs. If its not there in numbers leave it in peace and if you can't understand that you are obviously as thick as your making out to be. -

i will watch a fox play and enjoy seeing it! all i am saying working foxes below ground then realising them i personally wouldn't do. its a bit different to just watching them play in a field. but some old boys get a bit soft by the looks of it and cant finish the job they started!! I Will fish through the summer months, And throw more back than what i take home. Or would I be more of a fisher man if I killed the lot just because i caught them. Yer lets compare a fox to a fish HOW SILLY OF ME, A FOX IS A LIVEING THING, AND A FISH IS RUBBER Didn't say fish where not living but comparing fis -

Respect For The Quary You Hunt
snatchbullet replied to oldred58's topic in Earthdogs & Working Terriers
All you boys going on about respecting what you hunt!! if you respect it dont chuck a f***ing terrier down its hole for no reason. leave it in peace let your numbers build up then hunt it properly then. sorry if i am coming across the wrong way but 1. foxes dont need to be preserved in the uk in any area at the moment and secondly its just not very respectful but each to there own just my opinion -

A fox is vermin there are to many in this country and you couldn't ever get the last one even if you wanted to. It's not just chickens and lambs you are protecting its all the other wildlife they eat as well. If managed well you should be able to have a few around if you want or to be honest even if you don't want they will still be there. For digging and then releasing foxes is just bloody draft and un called for if your a true country man surely just going for a walk is good enough...and a cub is still a fox wether its a week or 10 years old...so for people who dig and release I am sorry but -

What To Do With Rabbits With Myxi + Feeding Meat To Pets
snatchbullet replied to Craig Fosse's topic in Airgun Hunting
You can if you want but I prefer a nice fat health one...give it to the cats guts out! -
I agree with your thinking but to be honest!! It's not the dogs it's the mixi. my view on it is if we don't get them it will. I know what I would prefer if I was a rabbit. Also low numbers = less mixi as it don't spread as easy. There is also this new bacteria that was realised a few year back that makes there liver or kidney hemerage and die a lot fast. So I wonder if this new thing is having a big knock on effect!!

snatchbullet replied to longdog8818's topic in Working Dogs & Livestock
i kno mate but im just trying to be honest. i can show them the dog running rabbits but why would you wanna see the dog running rabbits. so basically on 1 breath yr willing to give trial, but on the next your saying, why would anyone want to see the dog running rabbits? hmmm Maybe because it's a coursing dog and a lot of lads wouldn't call rabbits much of a test/trial? I think it sounds like an honest sale at a fair price, it's upto the buyer to do the right checks when they go and see it, not for everyone on here to break the guys balls for trying to find a home for a dog he doesn -
