    me and les had a few hour's bashing blackie's this afternoon,we ended up with 21 jackdaws,19 crows,2 magpies and 4 ferals and enjoyed every minute!! we should have had at least half again,but the wind was scandlous,about 35mph.they were coming at the decoy's like fighter plane's!!!!!!!!!!!

    sure if he only see's the cabinet hows he to know whats in there??? if what ive read is right,a lot of counsils are gunner to be going down the same road(about tennents owning guns)but i dont know what leeds city counsil are doing about it yet... if he see's a cabinate he's gunner want to know whats in it!!!!!!!!!!!!

    hi mate,ive read somewhere that they cannot do it,its an infringment of your human rights and a phone call to basc or any other organization will back you up(in court if needed)...bill harriman has had this one thrown at him and he says the above!!!!!!

    well i am ashamed to say, i have never tried grey squirrel, but since moving to herts, and with the place being over-run with them, plus the nearest supermarket being waitrose and not being able to drive, i think it may well be on the menu some time in the very near future, ecspecially after buying myself an airarms s410 I'll trade you some deer hinds for a bunch of squirrels if I can come and shoot some! me and les got these in a couple of hour's duncan,we,ve got a right little spot for em...

    cz rimmie's all the way mate,dont have much experience with a .223 but my mate has a wetherby vanguard,dont cost the earth,and what ive seen of it,it shoots pretty well!!!!!!

    beretta or browning???you can either shoot with 1 or the other,but i dont know anyone who can shoot well with both!!!! personally i like beretta's and shoot well with it.ive tried a browning and could'nt hit a barn door.i think its how you shoot and what you get used to..you need to try both guns and get the gun fitting you right and you'll know which one's for you!!!!

    my ticket arrived in the post this morning :boogy: .. just short of 8 weeks.within 10 mins of opening it i was i the gunshop buying a rifle..........

    the fao came out 3 weeks after i sent in the application,that was 4 week ago.i phoned the firearms office this morning and she said they were very busy but my application was in front of the manager today and i should hear from them either later this week or early next!!!!!!!!!!! finger's crossed but when i got my shotty ticket,it took just 4 week from start to finish.. not bad service!!!!

    ME AND LES HAD AN HOUR OUT TONIGHT NEAR THE LOCAL RES.WE GOT SAT ON A COUPLE OF FLIGHTLINES AND ENDED UP WITH 3 CANADA'S AND A MALLARD. THERE WERE HUNDREDS OF CANADA'S AND GRAYLAGS DROPPING ONTO THE RES BUT WE FOUND ANOTHER STUBBLE THEY SEEM TO LIKE,SO WE'LL HAVE EM ON WEDNESDAY MORNING!!!!!!

    personally ive never had a problem with hull's solway steels,36g 4mm.but then most of the geese i shoot are only20-30 yards away.. ive used winchester super X 3 1/2in steels and they work well to 45-50 yard ,but id rather pay £7 a box for the solway's than £25 a box for he winnie's.... i am from yorkshire!!!!!!!!!!

    hi mate,ive had one nearly 3 years now and its never missed a beat.its cycles 28g right up to 63 grammes no problem at all,i tried a 21g in it and it did'nt want to know!!! but i dont use them anyway..i use solway magnuns in scotland,and you dont feel any more recoil as a 28g through a o/u.. i would recommend anyone to buy one...
