Without a doubt make, and if we we're struggling that's where the benefit of EU membership comes in. I'm not a huge fan of the EU, but we pay enough in to it, and that's what it's there for. Sounds like a bit of a misnoma then. Independence? Independent of what? Substitute Westminster with Brussels. Concessions are always made, so all that money Westminster is currently paying to the EU will/should have to come from Cardiff?! Let the Welsh have their own Parliament. The Scots have theirs, the Nothern Irish have Stormont. BUT let's have an English Parliament with only representatives from seats in England. Local votes on local matters. Then have a Federal British Parliament for matters concerning the whole UK. Ric Agreed. How though would you determine whether English MP are English? And how would the GB wealth be distributed? Could Wales, Scotland and Ireland support themselves? I personally think its being rushed swampy Englishning

And will they survive on their own or will England have to bail them out? No doubt they will still be able to vote on English policy! I've nothing against any of the principalities gaining independence but surely this has not been thought out properly and is being rushed through. Thanks for your comments all. Burried her last night with my lad. Cracked a tinny of cider for her. We still have three hobs from her. She had four kits but one died before it got any hair. The other three got all her milk and have turned into right bruisers. One has a similar colouring and temperament the other two are completely different. They're not as good as their mother but I think thats down to their size. They are still fair ferts tho' Thanks again. PS. It does pay to look after them and I don't regret in any way the effort I and my daughter put in to getting her well ag

Well, I was warned! Scarlett my lads gill died this morning. She was put in her box last night after eating a very wholesome soup ( recipe courtesy of someone on here) She has been very lively the last few days even tormenting her sons in the next cage by climbing all over it. However at about six this AM I found her curled up in her box. never to awake again. At eight+ she has served us well and ironically the only time I'll have to dig for her will be tonight when I bury her. Thanks for all your help with tips and the like. Rgds Swampy Mourning

I saw my first mink last night. Well, I am erring towards mink rather than otter as i think I saw white flashing around the back of the neck. Anyway what's the legal stance on trapping mink? I know you can't put dog onto them, fortunately mine couldn't keep up with it. but is it a staight forward case of trap and kill? Also what do the traps look like? I fancy having a go at the critter as its a cool fishing spot for chubb and barble! not to mention nice trim for some rabbit skin moccasins i'm making for the missus Thanks in advance Swampy minkning

That is maybe. Shouldn't she be out there looking for hunters to ask face to face? Sitting behind a computer screen hoping that folk will do her work for her or hoping that she'll get genuine answers seems very naive not to mentioned flawed for survey purposes. I am also concerned that as a university student, who intends to come out the other end with a degree that displays the level of education the candidate has achieved, struggles to spell, type and punctuate her written work to a level that is below that of my 12yo daughter.
