Your last paragraph about brainwashing the next generation is the key point. Its already started. I am currently reading the book mentioned below. I had to smile when I read this particular page. It gives an insight into the standards upheld by folk in the early 20th Century (WWI era). Conkers has not been banned by schools! Another "urban myth" created by those with a little knowledge of H&S. The Health and Safety executive actually sponsored the world conker championships in Ashton (great pub at the venue!). Safety goggles were not even required ! Healthand Safety myths just procreate a perception of stupidity..........Not good. Right mate, if your desperate, you can lay concrete if the outside temperature is at zero as long as..... 1. You are laying areasonable amount I.E. more than 1m3 2. You cover it immediately with hessian (spelling?) or a frost blanket. 3. The concrete is a strong mix C35+ Concrete is frost suseptible but if there is enough of it it will generate enough heat to kep it above freezing. Mre and more people are representing themselves in court for similar reasons as you. Legal aid being cut,etc. Also costs are very rarely awarded in family matters. Why haven't you seen your daughter? Nowadays cases tend to be settled on a a joint custody basis with a residence order for one of the guardians. Access to the child shouldn't and cannot be denied on the basis that you're not paying maintenence.
