    theres a new land lord there now aswell as metal electric shutters on the windows. the shopping parade where it is situated is a magnet for scum, pissheads,junkies,low lifes. iv lived on the estate for 18 years, were i am is not too bad but i try aviod the shops if possible. altho when younger i had many hours winding up the local pisshead/junkies hehe (bad i know) in this pub i have seen: a man get his toung bitten off a woman bottled a man hit with a chair a man stabded with a fork a man stabbed on the step to get in the main door so that was probally the best thing that could ha
