  1. Amores Perros. Fantastic Film. So is Y Tu Mama Tambien - same director. As for porn, give me Briana Banks over Jill Kelly every time!
  2. Current Favourite are the truly fantastic........ Band - The Alambama 3 Album - La Peste Song - Sad Eyed Lady of the Lowlife or Too Sick To Pray Also like... Band - Zero 7 Album - Simple Things Song - Destiny
  3. Mine would be; Robinson Neville Terry Ferdinand Cole Wright-Phillips Gerrard Lampard J Cole Rooney Owen
  4. Has to be the Empire Strikes Back, then Star Wars although the first film was ground breaking cinema so may edge it on the effect it had on the art of film making. Return of the Jedi is watchable. Episode 1 was utter bollocks and wrecked my rose tinted view of the Star Wars films forever. Episode 2 was even worse and we walked out before the end as it was so appallingly bad. Episode 3 - I haven't nor will I ever watch this or any more Star Wars films as I think George Lucas is taking the piss and just making adverts for his merchandising company! :realmad:

    Rocky

A good question. 1,2 and 3 are all good. I think 1 is the best, then 3 then 2. 4 is watchable claptrap "I vill brek you!" And I have never seen 5 as it sounded like shite.
  6. All time Cricket stats for England Look at Underwood vs Emburey in the all time bowling stats. It's not contest. I did love Embers though, especially as he used to swear all the time, to the point that he could never be interviewed!
  7. Hawkeye, McManaman instead of Bobby Charlton??! :11: :11: :11: :11: :11: :11: :11: :11: :11:
  8. Agree about Larwood but who do you drop? Gough - no way. Great bloke, good cricketer but not as good as those named. Just check the stats... Russell - awesome but Stewart would get more runs.....
  9. Why not name your teams rather than just telling me who I've missed?? :11:
  10. With the Ashes going so well at the moment, I thought I would ask the following question; Who would be in your best England Cricket 11? Mine would be; 1 Boycott 2 Gooch 3 Atherton 4 Gower 5 Cowdrey 6 Stewart 7 Botham 8 Flintoff 9 Underwood 10 Willis 11 Trueman I am biased towards the modern era and can really only speak about what I know... I am sure there are a couple missing here.. Just a bit of fun of course....
  11. I noticed some footy banter in my previous post so I thought I would start a new topic on a debate that will rage in pubs until the end of time. Who would be in your all time best England 11? Or Scotland, Wales or Ireland of course.... Or a GB side would be interesting too... My England team would be as follows....... sort of 4-3-3 1 Banks 2 Cohen 3 Moore 4 Butcher 5 Pearce 6 Charlton 7 Finney 8 Gascoigne 9 Rooney 10 Lineker 11 Matthews My GB team would be 4-4-2; 1 Banks 2 McGrain 3 Moore 4 Hansen 5 Pearce 6 Charlton 7
  12. I think I would prefer to have two - one big and one small. Not fence sitting - just think this is a horses for courses question and would, in an ideal world have ne tol for each job...
  13. Keeps, Fair play to you in encouraging your children and of course my rant was not aimed at every single kid in the country - rather it was aimed at a stereotype that is representative of the majority. As for understanding what it takes to get to the top - yes I fully understand. I have played football for Sheffield Boys, Sheffield Wednesday at u16's and got paid to play for Stafford Rangers in the Vauxhall Conference. I am a scratch golfer too and have represented every club I've been a member of.. Also swam for Sheffield for three years as a kid so understand precisely what your s
  14. Quick spray with frontline sorts them. Yes it is a spray.
  15. Molly, Sorry your dog got hurt - looks painful... For an average lurcher, half an aspirin twice a day. My wife is a pharmacist. Regards, Snelly.
  16. :realmad: :realmad: Just a note to say what an absolute f***ing shower our athletics team are. Our performance at these championships is the worst in their 23 year history. Utterly appalling. And this is on the back of tens of millions of pounds of Lottery money being given to our athletes to ensure they perform. They should hang their heads and be forced to remortgage their homes and pay some of it back! :realmad: And why is this level of performance being displayed? Just a few thoughts on this; School playing fields being sold off to the highest bidder :realmad: :re
  17. I am sorry to hear of your loss. RIP Meg. Best wishes. Snelly.

    Kate Hoey

I read today that Kate Hoey MP is going to be the new Chairman of the CA. My view is that this is really good news. She is bright, articulate woman and the fact she is a Labour, inner city MP who rails against what she perceives as unfair can only be good for the hunting cause. Kate Hoey - top lass and good luck to her when she starts at the CA!
  19. Congratulations to our local hunt - the Crawley and Horsham. They won the bitch hound championship at Peterborough this week with a hound called "Measure". Nice one!
  20. McGrath strikes twice - 2 for 13. Oh dear..
  21. An awesome start from the boys! Let's hope they can get the last three out ASAP and get Tresco in for his next test century!
