Well thats my last buck for a few weeks as I am off on my hols for a couple of weeks

Arrived at my ground at 4.15 am just breaking light.Saw a buck and a doe crossing a field in front of me.....................it was the buck I have been after for weeks :ph34r: I stalked my way through the adjoining wood hoping to get a glimpse of him but no joy :realmad: but as I came out of the wood into the next field I caught sight of the buck crossing to get into next wood. Luckily for me he stopped and looked in my direction,big mistake,he dropped on the spot at 210 yards with a.243 100 grain bullet

Found this little character on the grass outside my gate today.....................I think he jumped too soon :whistle:

Me,woodga,Rob Sharpe and another couple of lads went for our annual rook shoot yesterday...............................weather was scorching,sport was fast and furious at times!! We were using shotguns and air rifles.....................this is the bag that we managed to pick...................308..............god knows how many were left hanging in the trees and not picked!!! Another cracking day out with the lads!!!!!

Went out last night looking for the dog fox after shooting the vixen this week.......................not a sign any where :realmad: So cleared up a few bunnies that were munching on the farmers spring wheat

Out for a wander last night,when coming straight towards me up a woodland path was this very old vixen...............she had hardly any teeth left in her head Anyway I couldnt believe she sat down about yds from me.........................so up went the rifle and off she went to foxy heaven She was heavy in milk,so on further investigation further in the wood I found the litter of cubs!!

Shot this crow with .22 rimmy at weekend.........................only had half its top beak and was wearing a ring from the Natural History Museum in London Anybody ever shot any other ringed birds and what is the craic with them??

I was mooching about same spot as last weekend......................showed my mate where I shot the fox last week at 250 yards when he said ''like that one you mean'' I thought he was joking when I spotted another fox, sure enough in nearly the exact same position as last week!! I lay down on the bipod and knew how much lift to give it judging by last time................and over bowled the fox dead Over the moon seeing as still only using factory Winchester ammo

Out with Woodga & john last night to thin out a few bunnies as the farmer was complaining still too many about.................. Not a bad night.....just concentrating on shooting adult rabbits.................saw hundreds of younguns.................future sport

its difficult to judge from the pic....................but it looks like a roe doe to me,I cant see any antlers and I think I can see its anal tush.If I had my bins I would be able to tell no problem

I had to pay £30 to get each beast witnessed on top of a days stalking fee! For my final beast I have contacted a local accredited witness who will do it for free

Burnie , I always take my moderator off after every single outing as if left on your rifle will seriously rust the barrel.This happened to my mate after a very short period of time. Did you pass your Level 1? I have only got 1 more beast to witness ,then level 2 is complete!
