Can't believe you're giving him credit for buying Alonso when he was responsible for him leaving by trying to usher him out the door in favour of Gareth Barry.. They never replaced him and Liverpool have never looked anywhere near as good as they did with him in the team ever since. IMO there's a big difference between regularly replacing top players with other top players in an already established team, to buying a whole complete team using a virtually unlimited supply of money. The Manchester City identity is meaningless when that happens, lets face it, if ANY other premiership team had that money the exact manager/team etc. could be winning the league but under the name of a different club (if that makes sense), not one of them players joined City because it's City, they did it because that's where the money was. EYUP MATE...Crookes...by name and by price..lol.. £55 ..I was told John down at the vets has done loads of opps on Ferts and he knows his stuff.. he was one of 6 in on the day.. I told him to have a good practice on the other 5 before he started on mine..lol. He seem ok..eating and drinking as usual and looks quite happy..apart from the obvious soreness. Cheapest by us is £62 + another £60 to make sure they've snipped the right tubes ??????????
