  1. I have a 3l 300 bar bottle and my local dive centre will not fill it passed 240 Bar.... saying that 300 bar it is limit and thats all they are allowed to fill to...? Anyone confirm this...? this has given me 1 fill at 200 bar ona 400cc and then 190 sub fill to a 280cc bottle... so far this weekend... One thing going through my mind is... a pump is just going to be more reliable... more effort yes but... not always needs filling... However maybe I just neede to take it to another place to get it filled Should I be getting a: more fills or b: the bottle should be filled higher in the f
  2. New, not fitted to wall Brattonsound gun cabinet... complete with 4 raw bolts 2 sets of keys ready to house you pride and joy...   5. as for pellet weight... From what I have read regarding Chronographing (from the chrono machine I have) the pellet weight is needed to calculate the FPS & lb/ft anyway... so... using a different pellet weight would need a different equation to be entered into a chrono machine to detemine what the FPS and lb/ft is... A heavier pellet would need more force thus FPS would be down and lighter the other way... hence the weight needs to be entered. other wise everyone would be over...? So actual weight of pellet doesn't matter to determine it... Think thats right... hope th
  6. the story also read as though all .22 cal air rifles sub 12ft lb or not are subject to a FAC...? even though I am new to the scene I am under the understanding that this ain't the case... correct me if I am wrong...
  7. I know... lucky boy (man) Its got a few issues, like it leaks but replacement parts are on their way and It'll be holding air very shortly. Thanks for the warm welcome, finding that this and other forums are very welcoming and not at all what I was expecting. :clapper:

Been scanning through the forum over the last few evenings and must say it's excellent... everything's here... top job Anyway, recently been donated a Theoben Rapid MK2 and looking forward to sorting out some rabbits for the pot and joining my local club. Which just happens to be 6 minutes away in the car. Which is nice. Been practicing, scope and eye are def. getting there. Just need to learn all the tech and get stuck in. Anyway new to all things Air Riflery, however very big on growing your own and self sufficiency... Anyway that's me
