    how has the breeding let it down?explain A pup out of Tupac won our puppy championship just the other day, it was a well put together dog and second to none stamp wise.     i run 3/4 1/4 bull and they wouldnt suit for day time hares might get the first provideing it with in 10 turns bull greyhounds are not hare coursing type dogs id be the first to agree id only put it in my strain if i was regularlie running fallow (which i dont ever ever run) and then youd have to run them up and down with a moter as theve got plenty to much speed and stamina for a bull cross. but i herd that rambo was 1000% hare dog but then youll always get a freak. f*****g classic, I'll shoot your windup down now before people start biting.     well said mate, it seems to me anybody who has a name for themselfs will get ridiculed on this site, i dont personaly use todays nuttal stuff in my fells but a few generations back i used my fell dog over a half bred nuttal bitch and kept a pup they have no resemblance to the nuttals of today. the dogs out of this all worked hard, bred some of my best dogs out of this line. He has a name for a reason i.e he USED to breed good dogs UNTIL he started breeding for the American market.     Best dog I've ever worked/seen work was a mates Middleton bred Lakeland. PTS a couple of years ago he was supposedly bred from a dog called Zeb I think. Very hard dog who destroyed foxes & knew how to control game without taking too much abuse bearing in mind how hard he was. His last dig he lost most of his armoury to a little vixen in a tight place which ended his career at the age of 10. Had some cracking days with him, never needed more than one hole.     Competley agree mate,, people who lamp and hunt all through the summer relly piss me off,, they tend to be the people with shit dogs that carnt catch f**k all in winter because there dogs are used to running easy quarry,, when they get behind the proper gear they aint got the minerals,, Its ok to go out now and then in summer to get some easy kills for a pup or young dog youre bringing on, and maybe the odd hour with the older dog to let some steam off on a very rare occasion,, but thats about it,, and even when bringing on a pup i try not to give them too much summer stuff
