    its 26 i believe but my feo said i would be more likely to get it granted with less strict restructions so i thought it seems like a good idea to me George

    Okay i recently got granted my FAC for 17hmr and 22lr both with mods and its open. My plan always was to have these for 6-12 months then put in for a cf when i have some experience so i had a better chance of getting it granted. Now my problem is choosing what to apply for. It is for Roe and fox so .243 minimum i know but what i need to know is that as i have open flat land would i be better going for i higher caliber. Now i know this may seem an odd question but someone once told me that i higher caliber may be a safer round as the greater weight of the bullet means it falls faster now i

    Well i have found a pond with duck on it on our farm and have been feeding it for a week. A few duck are coming onto it now but i shall leave it another week before shooting it. So from what i understand flight times are dawn and dusk is this right? and also do they come to or from the pond in the morning? im thinking they spend the day on the pond and night off it but really i don't have a clue. I'm heading to the gun shop tomorrow to pick up some cartridges to get ready. I'm thinking of getting some of the new Eley Bismuth vip ones, are these good ones to be getting after all they are a bit

    Okay have had my hmr for about 2 weeks now and got a sak mod as at the time of purchase was all i could afford and it will do, but i was told to by a wild cat whisper by the guy in the shop. So what do you all rate as the best mod for the hmr? for when i am looking to upgrade. George

    North Yorkshire were great for me 4 weeks until the interview then 2 to come through the post not bad i think and my FEO was a top bloke really friendly and shoots at my local clay ground
