Yeah i think Kelly and Vanderaaden, were put to last place twice in the one tour for throwing punches when they should have been sprinting. Cavendish is good no doubt, but you'd imagine his lead out man, Renshow, will have to think about his own ambition, he came second yesterday by a long ways. Seems the tour results are only provisional, as usual, they think riders light be taking 2 new drugs, that aren't even available to the public yet!!! Bryan

If bull blooded terriers vanished of the face of the earth there'd be a lot of empty kennels. madra rua if you managed to crack a pit's head open you'd find it's full of nothing but Brains and plenty of them! The big market for the germans and most of Europe has and always will be pig hunting with terriers and jadgs. Done with many dogs and the primary aim of driving pigs, not digging. For them, in chest high briars,thick cover etc. it'l be handy and where multiple dogs get to ground on those days. They have that in the S1 people box anyway so it's a software rather than hardware cost.They are taking the transmit function out of it so it should help with costs too Bryan

The F1 is an analoge box, The D1 box is the very same and calibrated to the ortovox transmitter. The analoge gear is spot on accuracy wise( as the deben mk 1 showed) but most people now want numbers on a screen. and i can't beat yours on price

There will be no moving switches, just sealed buttons. It'll have a screen which will show the positions of up to 4 dogs at one time. The icons on the screen will move in real time shwoing the dogs movement,left to right towards or away from you. You'll be able to cancel(ignore) collars on dogs not to ground. thanks for the very kind offer jessdale

The Ortovox terrier location system has been around since 1989, but with a bit of a push they've agreed to make changes to their S1 Transiever, to make it digging specific. http://en.ortovox.com/transceiver/s1.html So far it'll be calibrated to the transmitter 1.0 is 1 meter It will measure to 0.05 making it super pin point. I'm hoping it'll be no more expensive than what we have now. If anyones has any thoughts on any other essentials lets us know. Bryan

If I'm a Hippy, God help the World! Take a look back through Topics i've started, you might get an idea where i'm coming from. It's big money! my club had 8 beagles robbed and were told they can be sold for 300 plus euro, there are 3 dog dealers in Cork city alone and no one going there gives a dam where the dogs have come from. Guys are buying dogs they know are stolen and don't care who they deal with and they'll keep their hot dogs well hidden. Only way to get them back is move fast and get the word out asap. TT get on the Phone to everyone you know and get them ringing as well.good luck, Bryan
