    Pish bout flicking light a rabbit runs on scent not sight so it knows where it's running i thought my dog was smart i never use a lamp he runs on the rabbit scent what a saving not having buy a lamp :lol:

    yes B&Q do them ? but trust me there not the same the beam is not the same from them when you use the not starred one there is a lot of glare. trust i tryed them off the shelf ones and the elements are different in them. they work yes you go put the propper one in after and you will see the diffrence in them . i just changed mine just yesterday from a none standered one to a gen one and it was a lot better beam and no glare .

    fkin hell mate that must of been horrible it was not nice i just thought over time someone found her and then to find her like that was not nice . it was also frightning a kid could of feel down it . the thought of it makes my hair stand up on my neck .

    about 30 years ago i was out lamping and my dog went missing i called her 4 hour i was looking for her but nothing of her . next day went looking but could not find her went dog pound nothing . a few years on about 5 i was lamping the same field as i lost my bitch when i cam across a man hole open with no top on it ye just in the middle of the field i thought bloody hell what if someone fell down that ? on shining my lamp in i could see on a ledge half way down some bones on looking closer it was my bitch i lost. her collar was was still on her neck bone . i could not belie

    i have seen a few folk try an reward the retreive wiith a tit bit mate, an the 1 thing i have noticed with all the dogs is they spat bunny out on approach in anticipation for the reward..... must admit tho, neither i or the folks i seen try this technique are experts i used it not long ago and only gave it when it handed the rabbit over make shore you have the rabbit and wait a few seconds after you get it before you give it with prays do not show it or offer it till he his back

    my bullx is shit he craps all over he barks all night in the filed he hunts up never runs the beam runs away from rabbits will not jump and walks were he wants go he just looks at you when you want him back like he dos not give a f**k the guy i brought him off said he was !00% day and night and takes all well he was true to his word he dos take all the pi55 day and night .

    i use one no prob with it i changed bulb to 100 watt and it works fine . for £49 i think they are ok its better than £135 to £145 you can pay for light force one's . to me they are no different apart from price .

    MY MUM WENT THROUGH MORE MILK PANS AND I GOT MORE BOLLOCKINGS THAN I CAN REMEMBER THEM 12 VOLT DISCO SEALED LAMPS WERE THE BIZZ NICE TIGHT BEAM AND THEY FIT NICE IN THEM MILK PANS. I ALSO USED AN LR6 LUCAS SPOT LIGHT ,

    this topic has been on that meany time's its like the plague . yes they are good little bit over priced but are well worth the investment the 14 amp is ok but the best to buy is the 22 last's longer and you get more hours out of it . i use a 14 amp and never had it go dead yet on a nights lamping .

    thats why when one is found out you took the post clean off so others could not see him lieing and pedling his dog 's and pups if you make this rule why has hunting life took a post off when one was found out and done nothing about it other than move the post from his name .

    grass fairly large cow fields lots of hedges and rough patches for them to run just seems with the brighter lamp they seem know were there running better and they do not hang around
