    I have a Skan Swift in .25 Sits on my Bedroom Wall - Decided to take it to Range yesterday - Forgot how much fun a front grip loading Rifle can be - Was not right - checked out skan web site and now there is a New Offical service agent for these one off rifles http://www.skanworld.com/index.html As many at range commented it's a Marmite rifle - you either Hate it or Love it There is different models on above web site - BOB/R

    Get it right as more land is Owned by large property Groups - Fully expect it to be requested more often Might pay to get another Shooter to write it - following you around Big concerned is single Shooters being on land - might slip and hurt self and not be able to contact another person Multi Shooters on Land having a Central - board advising other Shooters on Land - Yes you Should have own cover but they could still be liable if they have not got certian issues correct - Aware from Shooting on Local authority land - when a employee.     No and most Manufactures do not test every guns before it leaves their Hands I would not buy a new gun without it being Chronoed before I parted with payment As stated once you accept it you are liable - BOB/R

    I Run Lea Valley Air Gun Club in Hertford - http://www.lvagc.com We average over a 100 Shooters through the Ranges most Saturday's Some come of competitions - most come for Chat and to keep their eye in and Gun's Fit for use Club has access to large Club house with In House Caters and unlimited - Hot Drinks included in Gree Fees Plus most of Local Vermin shoots are covered by my Members BOB/R

    I have many young Shooters @ my Air Gun Club I have one family with four Generations of Shooters Started when Grandad brought grandson as Father working away from home But be careful - especially when they get asked at school what they did @ weekend Remember one youngster - writing and telling school friends that he was shooting Rabits and pigeons Caused uproar at school - until expained they was Target and not live targets BOB/R

    Check out your local Air Gun Club and see what others are using and Why Get many new Shooters @ my club - coming to see what others are using Many look great in a Shop or a magazine But not once you have purchased them and try to use them Admit that the current HW100 takes a lot of Beating And is one of the most used precharged Air rifles on my club Ranges @ Lea Valley - Hertford BOB/R

    .20 is a dying club - even the States give it a miss Now that pellet manufactures have done greater Selection in .177 Not forgetting the Pax Piledriver @ .21 Grains - If you really want Stopping power BOB/R

    There are large numbers in overseas countries where .22 is limited Like South Africa Can have Full bore but limited in Air Gun's BOB/R

    CO2 sounds good - works Well in Warm countries Does suffer badly in cold as get more liquid than Gas And these Day's Bottles are not that Cheap Use CO2 a lot in Pistols BOB/R

    Most RFD Dealers will recieve a Gun on behalf of a shooter - Normally charge around £25.00 registration fee But well worth discussing if local Dealer can get for price the Gun You want All Warrenty work has to go back via Suppling Dealer And most gun's have warrent issues So even if a good dealer is a Distance away got to be better than a courier Service Which in most Cases do not cover damaged / Loss etc BOB/R

    Weather is cold if shooting low - close to Sub 12FP Now dread to think what it will do on a Warm day Remember when they first come out and Shooters started to use them in HFT where a Chrono was used Aware a few come unstuck Power is great but many find guns Shoot far Better Sub 11FP All year round Pellets do greatly effect Power - Especially in HW100's BOB/R

    I have a HW90 in .22 - Interesting Rifle Kept as a spare these day's should I run out of Air for precharge Rifles Understand mine was one of early ones They are adjustable - with pump - but be aware they are not designed for higher power than Sub 12.FP - Parts break and when fixed - and chronoed Gunsmith can see it was set over - Op's BOB/R

    Interesting - Especially where precharged Air Rifles have AT Seals fitted And most Manufactures do not supply AT Service Kits - Aware of issues where some of my Members have brought Guns and had to contact Manufactures to get them sorted BOB/R

    Depends on where and what you Shoot If you Shoot @ a Air Gun Club - Most use .177 as targets are set out to further Distances And a .22 will not reset targets @ 40 Metre Plus Where a .177 can got out 60 Metres with a Experienced Shooter BOB/R

    Licensing of Air Guns has been talked about for years But following the disaster in 2004 of TAC Gun Licensing Where the majority was never registered Even with the promise of a Fixed jail term of Five years For having a Unlicensed Tandum Air Cartridge gun There is No funding to get if off the Ground And with proposed Police cuts and within Licensing sections They could never tackle the Issue Talk is Cheap but Action is near impossible BOB/R
