As often post New or Returning or Upgrading Check out Local Air Gun Club and see what's about and why others are using them Well worth Checking out Brocock AimX Rifles - within Budget & made in UK Not forgetting most Clubs have a For Sale Table - where members move on unrequired Gun's etc Far Better than dealers price - plus a chance to try them on the Club ranges before buying BOB/R

What Calibre ? Hunting pellets / Domed are most accurate and will stop most legal Air Gun Controled Vermin Down to what are most Accurate for you to Shoot Joy of Being a Club Shooter - Get to test pellets with others To see what works best - without having to buy them All BOB/R

For the Record - AT is not a Legal Requirement It is a Manufactures issue - it's removal will Invalidate Warrenty Having a Factory Fitted - Power Seal would not save you in court if found to Exceed Sub 12FP rule if not on Ticket They are set around 10.FP with their pellets as aware other makes can result in higher power If set Higher would result in them sealing it at a power which would make a Fire Arm Most Dealer / Gunsmiths will not remove the Seal - as Air Arms will Strike them off Dealers network BOB/R

.20 was orignally a USA Calibre But as .177 Pellet Range has increased And different manufactures made .20 Gun's and Barrels It seems like .177 & .22 they need different Head Sizes There is not the numbers in use to warrent the cost of offering Different .20 Pellets Where a Heavier .177 will do the same job BOB/R

AA power Seal them with Their Pellets around 10.00 - AT They will not increase power as aware other pellets will increase power As posted most good Shooters can kill their Vermin with a Sub 12.FP does not mean it has to be running @ 11.5FP plus Which would be even higher on a Warm day BOB/R

clubshot replied to willy17's topic in Rifle Reviews, Technical Help and Tips
With Air Fills you can only roughly work it out Yes 203 & 232 will fill Air Gun's but hold so few Fills not worth time and effort using them 300 Bar cost more - thicker walled bottles but worth the effort unless filling Station next door But offer far more fill / top up's Also most Filling Stations charge the same for any size bottle So worth getting a 12 Litre to fill and a 3 Litre for the field Yes you can decant into smaller bottles My 12 Litres 300 Bar do around 40 Top's BOB/R -
Check out Local £ Shops they do assorted packs of Sweets on Sticks One on my Favorites is used 12 Bore cartridge cases on sticks out at distances What every you do - do not use Golf Balls as targets as pellets really come back hard... BOB/R

As with any Gun - Make or model Some will like others will dislike But do seem to be issues with Certian makes these day's Reading on Air Gun Forums - some shooters have issue with Certian makes @ Lea Valley Air Gun Club - over the years I have seen most makes and models being used by Members & Visitors But the Number One precharge current is Variations of HW100's We used to have large number of Daytates as have a fair number of Competative Shooters But over the years seems many have lost faith in them Especially since been AT Sealed and have issues when getti
