  1. Great to see a lad getting taught how to hunt, those skills and memories will stay with him for life, he'll be telling his own kids about these adventures. Re the rifle, perhaps an old Falcon would be suitable, they're really light and quite small, yet accurate and full power.
  2. They seem to enjoy my chicken feed well enough. For bait in live catch traps a piece of sausage or burger works well.
  3. It looks interesting, would the largish case compared to the small bore make it liable to eroding the barrel quickly ? 4600fps is useful.
  4. And after a £10,000 operation involving the chopper the scum probably got a suspended sentence A pair of good Dobermans would have sorted it better.
  5. I don't know if this will help you get a permission but a friend recently got a shoot on a golf course where the groundsman was having trouble with rabbits digging holes in the greens. After one trip there he found out that it was foxes digging for worms, not rabbits, so he now takes the 223 and shoots them. Hardly a rabbit to be seen there. Might be worth dropping in to your local golf course and mentioning it, in case there is nobody controlling foxes there.
  6. You never know when you'll find a Tusker in your vegetable patch: http://www.airgunbbs.com/forums/showthread...t=tusker+downed ( worth a read )
