i had it seperate them also it could be feeding them together not enough exercise there bored the bitchs season upseting her mood the heat or if its when your there it might be jeous [spelling] but i would seperate them otherwise you could see a dead dog

got 5 bitches 2 dogs at moment black and white 1 is all white there patterdalexlakeland the dam is the best bushing ratting terrier i ever had she really is brilliant theres no reason she couldnt go to ground i just never used her for that the sire is a digging dog i looked a good while to find the right sire he stays till dug to very strong dog not a jacker i was vwry careful with the type i wonted they will be wirey coats typical size i want 100 for dogs 140 bitches will take sensible offer i think thats a fair price but homes must be good im in dorset aint got a

just to let you know pups and mother doing well im keeping one back and going to use it for digging even lo mother is rabbit mad the sire is a digger and he will stay till dug to but this pup is just for digging we been breeding this line for years and years some have been used for digging most for rabbits and rats but im getting a call all the time for digging so might need a bit of help and addvice on bringing it on i never dug before

seen a springer whippet was very good on rabbit daytime with terriers and told good on the lamp

my good bitch just had eight pups the first died but rest seem good and healthy lakiexpatterdales i will have a better look tomorrow but i think theres 4 bitches and 3 dogs wish me luck she's doing fine

just see if anyone uses there terriers for rabbit how many you use and what results you had how many i'll start i got 3 terriers a mother and daughter pair lakie x patterdale type and a bedlington/springer i dont know who had what cant always see in the bushes brambles ect but they counted for about 35 to 40 rabbits {NOT INCLUDEING WHAT LURCHERS HAVE TAKEN }just terriers they flushed a lot more to lurchers i mean just terriers in cover or elswhere

i was thinking if someone had a breeding plan you could put a patxwhippet then to a greyhound or bigger lurcher you would soon end up with some thing thats 1/4 patterdale i think you would need more than the yellow pages to mate a pat and a greyhound so i think thats how you could do it but its been done with a bull terrier bullgreyhound i think it would help i seen russel x whippet before that made a good dog

i use my dogs as a source of food so to me its not sport i understand what your saying i thought terrier was the meaning of earth dog i might be wrong but i think its opinion about the working side of things i will say mine work but are not earth dogs if they work at the chosen game that makes workers i have no doubt it takes a harder dog to dig than to bush if 2 people had jobs one was a florist one was a tarmacer the tarmac is harder work but both are still work just different type same as terrier work but most dogs should be able to bush not many can dig
