Ive not had the deus for long still trying to get my head round it , the only benefit i can see atm is the weight really but others on here have had them a while i think so we,ll have to wait and see what they say...

Think the deus is going to take some getting used to...put a half groat on top of the ground and it proper struggled picking it up....got the 11 inch coil on mine maybe shouldve gone for the nine...

It sounds all well and good but to risk getting your dogs took and all the agg that goes with it dont warrant it in my book , used to love seeing them about 10yr ago but a days ferreting or just a walk with the dogs now can be a right f***ing pain.....if the law was different thats another story..

Your right the deer populations are stupid atm, my dogs arnt getting out nowhere near enough becauuse of it...like the fella who started the post i was thinking about thinning out the dogs ...even farms that i have that i never seen deer on before they are now ,its a f***ing nightmare...

What setting do you use , ive jumped straight in on the deus fast dont use no box just go on sound........i was using a hawkeye with 11 inch coil upgrade and when ive tested them against each other there doesnt seem to be that much difference tbh..
