sib if you want i will measure the the size of all three bits i put in my air arms tube. then you can just cut them to size. the washers i used had a 8mm hole in but going to a fixings stockist in the week to see if i can get some with a 6mm hole in an see if that makes any differance you never know i only shoot .177 so will have a bit of clearance shoot safe Niel -

being one of the people that cant leave things alone . i thought i would see what was inside my standard air arms silencer. i was sick of people with Weihrauch saying that it was to loud:mad:,, cant argue because it was compaired to theirs. but been a bit short of funds had a poke around the net to see what was inside a Weihrauch an what do yah know there aint much more in the Weihrauch compaired to the standard air arms. so a trip to one of those wonderfull pound shop type places for some hair rollers an some scouring pads.an a rake about in a box of washers that have been in the shed for eve

anyway i get up this morning look out of the window and see this big yellow thing in the sky,not a branch moving in the tree across from me so i pack the s400 in its bag grab some pellets an set of for my clubs outdoor range, thinking today is as good as anyday to zero a new scope.as a bonus i also have permission to shoot in the fields surounding it,i get to the range an as i open the gate all the little bloody grass munchers bolt off, i thought sod em i am here to zero not get my lunch .so i sets up some targets at my preffered zero range of 35 yards, and start to zero my scope within a few s

i was bitterly dissapointed with the Tesco past 20 yards out in the field, however I have it on good authority that the Ultrafire is as good as (probably better than) the LedRay sorry T i dont think that was up to its job either Niel

so there i was last night at my clubs outdoor range with phantom were i have permission, so as normal Tony does his tom(sniper) beringer bit an gets a rabbit, i preferr to stalk them sod lying down thats to much like FT for my liking. anyway there a paddock thats about 1.5 acres on the back of our range were i have verbal permission, so i wanders across to have a look cos i see the guy mowing the grass so i end up with written permission on the spot to shoot there,so we have a bit of a natter an he has 25 or so acres a few mile up the road from were we are, been the cheeky bugger i am asks abo
