    My mother in law got 3 of the feckers, all bitches. 2 are fine but the 1 goes for my ankles all the time, you would think after a few vollies from my size 11's would do the trick but NO so now it size 11 then rebound off the wall until it gets the messege.

    Alrite matey, Let me ell you. My father first took me out ferreting when I was a baby and Ive done it ever since, I was the same as you at school, being picked on and called a killer, this went on up to high school but you know what, I'm 30 now and they same people that picked on me and called me a killer now come to me for a supply of rabbits every winter, and they always say they wish they had got into hunting when they were young...... one or two of them DO accompany me out ferreting every now and then and they always say how enjoyable a day they have....     Hi all, Went out for a few hours on some new permission last sunday. As the banks are like cheese with bury's I thought I'd have a go at long netting. So I got out the 100 yrd longnet, run it out and pegged it then entered the two jills after about 2 minutes there was action the bunnies came bolting left right and center. As they hit the net one managed to run under the net so the lurcher took off after it, which was soon caught and retrived live to hand. In all I had 19 bunnies 5 of which the lurcher caught. Was well impressed with the lurcher shes coming on great.

    Hi all, I bought a mk3 in the summer, thought I'd get one as it was quite cheap. Anyway the first few times I used it I was ready to ebay it. I couldn't get on with it but after a lot of persistance I've got the hang of it, It's brill much better than the mk1 just got to buy some more collars now.

    Hi lads and lasses, Dont know if anyone can help. Had a phone call tonight from a guy in Cambridge. He,s looking for a Deerhound/greyhound bitch, preferably a pup. As I dont know anyone around South Wales who breeds these lurchers does anyone on here know of any breeders. Any help appreciated.......... Thanks The Hob
