Hi guys, I recently bought a .22lr from a local gunshop and it came as a combo with a mod and this marchwood 3-9 x 50 scope. It is very clear and has a standard 30/30 view although Im not planning on using it as i have a Hawke scope which im very fond of, just wondering if anybody has heard of these as i cant find any info on it anywhere, or if anybody's ever had one or even if anybody would be interested in it as i wont be using it? thanks

sorry but closng one eye does effect depth perception ,how you never tried hold your fingers out at arms lenght, about one yard apart, then point your index fingers to each other and move them towards each other so they meet in the middle, trying to touch the fingers together, you will miss.

theres your problem, you should not look at the bead at all for moving targets, you should just stare at the bird. the bead is only for stationary targets. Make sure your head position is correct to on the stock, do this by placing a £2 coin on the rib inline with the ejectors, then place your head on the stock and you should just be able to see the bead. If this is the case the next pigeon that comes in just stare at the bird swing through and pull the trigger.

do you look at the bead or the bird ?
-
if your looking at the bead your not looking at your target where you should be looking, when you catch a ball you dont look at your hand do you.

the men were hare coursing which is illegal, poaching which is illegal and you could see where they had driven all over the farmers crops, disrepectful. So why are we supporting them.

Under the Hares Act 1848, and Hares (Scotland) Act 1848 it is an offence for 'anyone to use any firearm or gun of any description at night for the purpose of killing game'. This is an additional offence to night poaching where game is being shot during the night which begins one hour after sunset to one hour before sunrise. The Ground Game Act (as amended) and The Agricultural (Scotland) Act 1948, appear to override the prohibition on night shooting of hares by occupiers or persons authorised under the Acts. seen as there are 2 acts that say you cant and only one that appears to overide i

im sure its illegal to shoot hares at night, they are classed as game.
