    that I agree pal... we missed a few as I didn't use nets but prefer to watch them run by dog any day mate the ones that get away will be there next time ay cheers

    Popped out this morning on myself... I aimed for some hedges ive bin wanting to do the past few days which are pretty thick and dense and abit of a struggle on myself but still had a crack... I was accompanied by lass and duke... ferret worked well and pushed a few out for us... had some cracking runs with the pair and lass mopped 3 of the 7 whilst me n ferret caught the rest... cracking stuff

    my old dog broke his leg in his fourth season... needless to say but hes still here with me to the day, he does a good job guarding my home and kennel... the only hunting I can do with him is light ferreting such as 3 or 4 hole warrens that are always netted up well, this will allow him to still get his mouth round some live game... such a shame as he was taking all quarry day and night... hope everything works out for you

    yh mate working it out hes approaching 8 years... I always thought older don't know why lol I think of him as an old dog now mate hes a lot younger then I thought

    lol yes mate all in our twenties... storm actually had a muntjac last season so hes still doing abit but I rarely see arron ( my brother lol )

    don't see much of him mate he lives away from us guys but storm ( the hancock dog ) is still well... getting on abit he must be 9 year old now pal... hes the sort of lad to disappear of the radar for abit I must say lol

    cheers lads and I agree, I love bolting to dogs... the 2 dogs standing up are only 8 1/2 months and showing good signs... and lass sure knows the score now she does me proud every outing... cheers guys

    Had a good mooch with my hob and witton, had some good sport today with not 1 net layed... Lass bagged 2 clyde bagged 1 and the ferret had the rest down the holes in arms reach... At 1 point he had hold of 1 above ground and wuldnt let go so he and rabbit were up and down the hedge row lol cracking catch from the ferret... Well done to clyde witton hes showing some potential mate... As i say the best part about today was not having to lay nets... cheers for looking guys

    gafer I take it that catching a blue one is pretty common to you then pal... its very rare to find odd colured rabbits local to me... me and a few of my family members have hunted this particular ground over the years and its the first to crop up... hopefully theres more... cheers
