Agreed. What is a working man's price these days anyway? Most got to be earning 350 a week so I think it's fair to charge at least a weeks wages and more for a well bred pup. Can never understand this gifting shit. If folk need a pup gifted you ain't working hard enough and need a better paid job imo instead of expecting someone to rear your pup and have his bitch laid up for feck all. -

Is it a big job to hard wire your lamp to your lithium battery? I cant believe how bad the connection is when plugged in and how easy it disconnects. Is it a job for a spark or has anyone done it themselves? TIA

Your right mate. Problem is if half the folk that keep running dogs have to work in bed they'd rather sleep on the floor. It's the truth unfortunately. That's why they sell they're dogs cause theyre scruffy cxxts that would rather have a night on the beer than keep they're dog. -
Yes I'm in the same boat. It's nice to have 1 dog to work all the time and put all your time into but when you get an injury your stuffed. I'm going to build a bigger kennel this spring and get a pup to bring on for next season. I've not had a running dog for 4 years and bought this off a pal after watching him work, bought it and it knocked its toe up on the first hare I run. That's just how lucky I am ?

Not the biggest of areas to be honest but yes I'd like everything you've mentioned. Theres enough room to have 2 runs though.I think block and render would be the way forward, have drainage inside the run as well with like you say a seperate storage space. The wife wanted a house with a garden, instead shes getting a massive dog kennel like the Hilton ?

I've read that dogs rely more on the middle toes than the outside ones so you'll probably be fine if you have it removed. I'm taking mine to the vets in the next week or so. Killing me taking him for a walk and not being able to slip him ?

Haha I'm not the richest so may have to do that. We was going to move house but I've convinced the missus to stop here and not have a big mortgage rapped around our neck so weve agreed to get our house how we want it.

Undecided yet mate. I'm going to get a builder in to do it so I can have it exactly how I want it with electric in and proper drainage etc. I'm going to knock mine down and start from scratch.
