Hi Donk, dont know if this helps buddy, but i use skinners field 26% protein the spaniels goes well on it, but I went through the same a while ago with a lurcher. I started adding some raw snap in the dry and worked a treat, good luck mate.

Well done to all you guys dropping in on the reds. Big Soz Al, Im sure youll take pleasure from knowing the chap and him knowing you, Its whenever sh** is dealt its our nature to throw it back, but in cases like this we take it on the chin knowing we could have done nothing but offer comfort. Ive lost my mother to the horrible C, but it makes us stronger Im sure. All the best .

sorry to hear that mate, hope you find another soul mate soon. I lost a terrier about 4yrs ago very similar symptons. Vets asked if she been drinking anything that morning, apparently she must have drank some water near the farm contaminated with anti freeze possibly from spillage after putting in tractor, one of the guys on the farm confirmed theyd been doing this but nothing 100% confirmed.

Hi, dont want the recognition for this was told me by someone a lot wiser and a lot more experienced than I ever will. At feed times put the dogs feed between you and the dog, make him stay in sit postion just keep saying stay then after a few mins let him get is food, build the time gradually and the distance he will get the idea, patience is a virtue. Good luck
