In'st the RSPCA the ground troops for the Animal Front ? They have NO powers at all, they have to have a warrant to search your premises.....if they land with one, they must have a reason, check who's names are on the warrant,... them that are named are the only ones allowed to search, you cannot stop the Police. Request to the Police that the rest of the RSPCA, & whoever, stop outside your gate. Here's some advice from a club, HLAH
