ahhh RABIBIT PUDDING!
1 jointed rabbit
225g self raising flour
100g shredded suet
1large onion
2teaspoons sage
100g mushrooms
2rashers streaky bacon
salt and pepper.
ok here goes.
Soak the rabbit in salted water for 2hours and dry well.Mix together the flour and suet with a pinch of salt and enough cold water to make a firm dough.Roll out the dough and use two thirds to line a 2pint pudding dish. Slice the onion and chop the sage,mushrooms and bacon. Arrange alternate layers of rabbit,onions,sage,mushrooms and bacon in the dish,adding a sprinkle of flou
