    dont know about the 19 but on the 78 you can swap the spring behind the trigger for the one out of a biro it worked a treat on mine

    nah another tattoist did for him and he is fully trained but i admit his arm did swell up but never seen anyone with scars from laser treatment and i spend alot of time around the tattoo scene
