You get alot of those(my dick's bigger than yours) The guys i know with good dogs,usually if asked,ah!he does a bit y'know. Someone who is genuine does'nt have to blow about it, and as for selling it on,not a chance.

Please find someone who has a well handled ferret,you need to be confident with a ferret,i think that ferrets can sense when you are scared of them. I let mine run round the house when not hunting,better than watching half the crap on tv. If you do eventually get a kit handle the head alot,it will give you and the kit confidence. Good luck.

Never have i bathed a ferret,i presume they are hobs,reckon baby shampoo. You would be better leaving it till weather better,chill.

No complete for mine,Chicken,Tripe,Heart,Eggs,Fish and vegetables. Plenty of raw meat,bone and vegetables. Better fed than me!

Whippet definately, don't need a lurcher, that's what a whippet was bred for. But a lurcher whippet greyhound collie if you must have a lurcher.

Some people reckon a small chain attatched underneath the bumper so it touches the road. The sound can alleviate car sickness.

Had her with my older bitch,who is really obedient,great bitch she is great with pup plays with her etc,it is a people thing.Im bringing her in during day to potter about with me ,ill stick her out at night.I will stick a photo up of her,lovely article.

All my dogs have been trained so that they enjoy doing what i ask,it isnt an order it should be a partnership. I know some people prefer to fear a dog in to doing what they want it to do,i disagree. The dog was odd from the beginning,i put it down to lack of handling,the tatooing of the dog at a young age,being innoculated soon after that. A million and one things god knows. I was asking for advice,some of us out here dont claim to know everything.

Never had many problems training dogs before,i still think too much dog company had the bloody flu for ages.Glad your a collie x fan and im very grateful for your advice. You are right hancock doesnt handle them enough,she was odd to begin with.

Thanks for replying,i picked her up from hancock at 8wks. You are right wary,headstrong i would say but in a major trust issue sorta way. I hate animals that sulk and are moody,you are always wondering what the hell! She comes over as almost thinking too much.Going to get the dog in as i think she maybe getting too much dog company and not enough me input. At the moment i blame me for this,so im going to rethink this out.

Despite the argument for or against Hancock Lurchers. Did anyone get a pup from a litter born on 13/9/08 sired by John Dog out of a bitch named Tilly. 5/8 collie 3/8 Greyhound. I have had over the years collie/greyhound/deerhound.collie /greyhound/whippets. Never have i experienced a bitch like this,usually i have found collie crosses gamely reasonably easy work with. After checking pedigree i saw that there is beardie/border collies in it. Other collie crosses i have had have been only border collie plus sighthound. Am i missing something here,dont want to blame the dog over something

I use frontline spray,you are not supposed to spray ferret,its to powerful for their skin. According to what i have read,get your marigolds on and spray good amount on to gloves rub through the ferrets coat. Well thats what works for me.

Only wash wound once dry off,cut and heal ointment everyday until it heals up. If you keep washing it same with ears it will keep opening up again.

Could be kennel cough,worms. Get her heart checked,probably nothing much wrong. Honey and warm water.
