HELP. Where are there loads of rats near plymouth ?
Rab replied to Nathan Baker's topic in Earthdogs & Working Terriers
True buster, i took the wife and kids to the odeon cinema in Basingstoke recently, there were loads of rats in the main car park just running around next to the fast food joints where the lazy can'ts park to eat th3ere food and just throw there wrappers away. -
Thanks for the sugestions Eric, was swaying towards a pulse as it is also a very good avalanche tranciever but seen the element was £100 cheaper and thought i would ask what others are using. Regards Rab

Hope you get the dog back. -
Is that the new big red B&F box? i know they were selling the Pieps DSP box running V6.2 software (New DSP uses 8.2) with collar but are currently out of stock.

Hi, looking to get some opinions on box and collar set up, I snowboard and have a use for a Avalanche tranciever aswell so that rules out the B&F box due to limited functions and size. I am off to France in a few weeks boarding and am looking to get a tranciever then. The Pieps DSP and Barryvox Pulse seem to be the most regular choice, has anyone used the ortovox S3 or the Barryvox element £100 less than the pulse but it seems to have the same simple functions of the pulse but not the advanced. Does anyony use the advanced settings or is it all done on simple settings? or opinions

Hi, Trying to see what the general concensous is on the size of purse nets and weight of chord to use. Most seem to be 6ft/ 2m or 5ft 6" has anyone ever used smaller or larger and have they been ok or useless. Any home net makers knowledge would be helpful as to weight and sizes that they make or made Cheers

There are those that can and those that cant and he is a class 1 CANT. i was given a 2 year old pat 7 years ago that didnt make the grade for the owner on the pretense that if i didnt work out she went back to him. Still everytime i see him he asks after the dog and still says if i was getting rid he would take her back. Real honest terrierman thats what we need.
