    20 hours when red light shows, yes ive had the collar turn itself off onmore than one occasion,,also had a collar giving off incoorect readings due to antenna being loose.

    did you try your lamp on your mates battery?? just to see if yours was twice as bright,,if it was,, its got to be the battery or a connector f-cked..being using 170 variable power with ion battery for roughly 3year with no problems ,,except re-wiring of lamp.

    have you tried putting wire through pouch hole whilst still open, plug into battery,,then close pouch,, found wire is long enough,,and alot easier when pouch softens abit,

    use battles black disinfectant all the time,,found it to be as good any.. jeyes <only my opinion> cheapest place ive found to date is farmway 4.5ltr for £16.27...normally mix 10ml to 1 gall water

    wear them all the time,,plenty of pockets for gear,, find them hard wearing, and plenty of room for moving around, when new, they are waterproof/showerproof, but after a dozen washes this has about gone,, they do dry very quick,

    just picked up a new lithium ion battery yesterday,{many thanks..northeastfieldsports for going out of your way to help} off out with it now, let you know how i get on, first impressions are good, carnt believe how light it is compared with standard battery.
