  1. that bowtop is just a toy lol its an old base but the rest is new, chuck builds em. his wagon was the bigger showmans one and my missus dads was the smaller showmans. chuck was born in a wagon and still lives in his, dont get many like that lol

  4. hi, i was wondering if anyone would be willing to take me out and help me id some wild mushrooms so i can do it on my own!! havent quite got the balls to try ones im id ing at the moment on my own lol!! im willing to travel within reason.... so is there any experienced mushroom pickers here??? i can go anywhere around stoke on trent, shrewsbury, oswestry, ludlow, birmingham. atb, dave.

  11. the bitch on the first page looks just like my dog. hes 18months now and has turned a corner despite me doing nothing different he has matured all of a sudden and stopped hunting up, retrieves perfectly even with game :-) he is whippet grey x whippet bedlington

  13. i found cat litter especially the odour absorbent ones to be even better for reducing the smell (something the missus was obsessed with!!!) but it was even messier than sawdust as they just wanted to burrow in it.

  15. hi, i used to keep 2 jills in the house and it was ok if i cleaned the litter tray out morning and night. if you left it for more than this you definately knew ferrets were in the house!!! i changed their hammock tube thing weekly. other than that slight inconveniance its fine :-) and it is funny seeing them all the time. i also found my spayed jills smelt less than my unspayed ones, dont know if it should make a difference tho!

  17. not properly, i just turn up, say hello and clear the undergrowth ready for a few weeks time :-) maybe do a couple of 2 or 3 holers for the ferrets and let the rabbits bolt to get the dog in the swing of things.
  18. hahaha yeah good point, we didnt fill all the holes.... probably not by choice just by the amount we used to miss. go try it, its a laugh.
  19. yeah i used to do this as a kid with no other equipment at mates farms lol!! fill them all up about a foot down then come back a few hours later and run em down the holes and pull them out :-) like people have said you can use purse nets instead.

  24. heres my whippet grey x whippet bedlington. loves cover. TOO much. coat does a good job of helping stop cuts imo. good at marking up but i think most dogs can get this. atb
